The things that you can make off of this printer is amazing set up was pretty simple. It came a few days earlier than expected. Had a few snags getting set up initially, but was no issue and I’m far from tech smart I only had an issue one time and customer service was fast to help me out and got it solved quickly. Wasn’t an issue with the printer, but just because I don’t really know about printers and Texter, but they walked me straight through it and got it took care of and now I was back at it in no time I would highly recommend this once you do your first print you will know exactly what you’re doing and then it is a breeze if you are a small business this is the perfect printer for you and customer service. Will get you together. Anytime you need assistance. I’d like to say thank you to Levi because Levi made it a quick and painless fix when I needed help. The quality is great. Haven’t had no issue with it runs like a charm. For the money, I believe it’s a great value. It was a little bigger than I expected, but then again I didn’t know what to expect. ... show more

It took 2 hours of effort to set up, but their customer support is really good. Just top notch, helped me troubleshoot a print head that wouldn’t behave out of the box but Jeeper got it figured out in 20 minutes. I was set up & printing transfers the same day. The installation for this printer is way better than others, despite the initial trouble I ran into. 2 hours to set up and test a DTF printer for the first time really isn’t that bad. The print quality is phenomenal, and the transfers work really well once powdered and cured. The value for what I paid is REALLY good, imo. There's a tear in the one in the photo I attached, but that was my fault. I’m printing transfers that are much better AND cheaper than what I was buying from transfer print websites, and the turnaround time (an hour of my time) is much faster. And I don’t pay shipping. I was struggling with TAT versus having enough of what my customers want in stock for shows without spending hundreds of dollars per order. This printer is worth it. Some tips: - have a pry bar ready. They do not mess around with shipping this in durable packaging. It was in an actual crate. - have a Philips head screwdriver ready. You don’t have to screw much in but you will need it for about 8 small screws. - have disposable gloves and a mask. - make sure you have adequate ventilation, and somewhere safe to park the oven (it radiates some heat - not excessively, but don’t put it on top of a stack of paper or anything). - Have a basic way to control temperature and humidity where you put it. Setting the room up for this printer felt like prepping a terrarium for a pet lizard. I’m kidding, it’s not that bad, but if you feel cold in the room, it’s probably too cold for your printer. And get a dehumidifier or some damp rid if you live somewhere super humid like I do. Basically I love this printer, and I’m glad I picked this one after shopping around for about a year. ... show more

    • Not worth it. AT ALL.

I cannot recommend enough that you stay away from this product. We purchased this in November 2025 for our small shop. Initially, it worked great. I don't love that to do anything you have to let them on your computer, but it worked, the colors were vibrant and we ran into minimal issues. One month later, we started having the same issues REPEATEDLY such as the waste ink pad counter saying it was full, our print nozzle checks missing massive amounts of segments and then the latest in early March, the white going outside the image where it shouldn't. Each time we connect with chat, they speak to us like we are beneath them. It can never, EVER, be the printer's fault and must always be user error. Instead of solving the root cause of the issue, they look for bandaids. For instance, with our excess white, we repeatedly requested they walk us through a print head alignment after speaking to many experts about it who all agreed it was out of alignment. Lancelot techs continuously told us that was not the case and that it was either a) our files b) our settings or c) our transfer film not having enough excess looped down. We tried all of these without success and each time requested a print head alignment. It is not an exaggeration for me to say that it took us 3 days of pleading for them to finally agree and it fixed our issue immediately. Today, we yet again have an issue with our waste ink pad counter. We followed the steps we have done every time (at this point we are doing it on our own every 2 weeks) and ran into an issue where the program will not reset and just goes to not responding. Instead of being helpful, the service techs are again enforcing that it is clearly something we are doing. Instead of being polite and helpful they are sending us messages say "100% failure" to what we are trying. please, please, please. I urge you to just get a US based product if that's where you are. ... show more
