***UPDATE SINCE PURCHASE So far I have been very pleased with the ease of use and quality of print. I have had one white clog so far, but after a few head cleaning passes it cleared up. I WILL say though, if you are looking for a fast mass printing machine this is definitely not one for quick mass print. It IS slow. But is you are a small print here and there business like we are then you should be very pleased with it. All depending on how much patience and quality print you want. I’ve just now received my product and unpacked it yesterday. It was a very easy set up as long as you go by the step by step installation videos located in the silver USB that comes with it. The machine itself is very user friendly especially for a first timer. Had a problem with the oven having an issue in the wiring. The black cable had the ground pinned down on top of a connector which was shorting out the switch from working properly. As soon as the support team and I figured this issue out and moved the black cable and silver ground wire from top of the connector box, it started working like a charm. Support team was beyond nice and very easy to do business with. I will come back at a later date after having used the machine for a while and update everyone on the actual quality and ease of process.

***Update*** We made several shirts for holidays and schools spirt week. 30+ shirts and multiple hoodies. Zero issues and perfect prints. Couldn’t be happier with our system. ***ORIGINAL*** First thing, shipping was fast. It showed a delivery date on Amazon, but got to me one week sooner! The packaging in the wooden box is amazing. No chance at system getting damaged. It is a big box, so make sure to have help if needed. System is easy to install, connect printer, and print. Takes couple prints right out of the box to get print head full of ink and lay down good print. The customer service was great! Have to download WhatsApp, and send a message to the company. They created a group with several members to help you out. They were quick to help me verify a couple things like settings, and even oven settings. By our third print we had this system dialed in from printing, to the oven and on a shirt. I would not hesitate to purchase this system again!

I wish I could give this zero stars. Machine is a little over a year and the amount of issues I’ve endured with this this is horrid. IT needs to be done on WhatsApp and everything is videos and pictures. The language barrier is the worst part. Do your research before buying this machine. Spend the extra money if doable.

I love this DTF printer! DTF printing takes some time and work, and after some trial and error I was able to start making some great prints! After using for about a month I had an alarm, and after several days of working on it myself I decided to call customer support. I was a little nervous about the tech support being in a whole different part of the world, but my concerns were not needed! After the initial back and forth on WhatsApp, I was handed off to a tech to assist with my issue. His name was Levi, and he was a great help! The issue was not easily solved, but he was very persistent, and after a couple of hours my machine was fixed and back up and running with absolutely no issues! He was also able to give me some great advice on keeping my machine in its best condition. I hesitated to get in touch with the service, but my advice is don't wait, don't spend days looking for a fix, it is much quicker and less stressful to let the experts start ASAP! Levi was very professional and I can say it was obvious that he knows the machine very well. I just want to say "Thank you" for the help getting the machine running again!

I was worried about the time involved to set this up because I don’t have large chunks of free time. The support team was amazing. We were able to set this up step by step at my pace. They would send me a video of a step and once I completed that they would send me the next to do when I could. Very easy to follow and I total did not take long. I had a printing issue after set up was complete and they were able to help me right away. Printer is great and the customer service is outstanding.

Was very skeptical reading other reviews about product not having a manual but a whatsapp number to text someone. But every review spoke highly about this. So took a leap of faith. And im glad I did. Yes the support does take a while to reply due to our time differences but still answered as soon as they could. And they helped every step of the way. Made it so easy to set up, I'm not tech savy so the fact they walked me through step by step. 10/10. I encourage everyone to get this machine. And the quality of the print is great!

See the video that I uploaded. As I mentioned in there it does take a while to get set up. However customer service is amazing. I live in Cali and as you know the manufacturer is in China and you have to communicate with them through WhatsApp. They texted me a about 1:00 a.m. PST and I just happen to be up. My tech's name was jeepers and he wanted to know when would be a good time to get the printer set up. I said what about now and he said are you sure so that's how we started. When He walked me through every single step on setting up this printer. He was very very patient. He did not release the line until I was completely set up. I will do a final review once I get the hang of the software. It's different from the one that I have before. So kudos to Jeepers and Lancelot. I hope the printer is as good as the service!

I love this DTF machine. The colors look exactly like what you see on your computer screen even after you press them. After sales customer service has been amazing. From setup and after setup. I ran into an issue the other day and there were very quick to respond and help me get the issue resolved. I was so pleased. You know sometimes you get people that say they will continue to support after you purchase and then the customer service is awful or none existent, well so far it has been great and I know can be one those people lol. But it is definitely worth the money you spend on it. I have been printing a lot, because I have a vendor show coming up and I haven’t refilled my ink at all. The team walks you through the set up which was straightforward. I got the roll, because I can print the sheet as long as I want. I have learned to realize how many I can put on a sheet to keep from having dead space on a sheet. Printing
