    • Not a good idea with this seller
I have purchased a printer for $5200 from Amazon. They offered a warranty from Asurion-which is run by Amazon. The printer was third party, so I took the warranty. The printer I purchased it in April, started having issues in May, and I being a fair person, worked with the tech from the seller. Well now it doesn’t work at all. And Amazon is denying to replace it and so so Is Amazons warranty service. Mason is stealing from people. And they are letting third party company’s sell digestive products. Then offering a warranty for $300 and then not covering the product. I will be spreading this all over social media. This is not right. Amazon you are way to hug for your britches. It’s time to stop purchasing from you. Make this right!!!! No one can afford to throw away $5200 before tax, shipping and warranty fees. ... show more

Updating my review to add the following: I’ve had this printer a few months now and experienced a problem I was unable to fix. I contacted Michael and he was happy to help, still, a few months after the purchase. This is not something all companies do! This was above and beyond great customer service! For that, we are so thankful! The printer works better than expected! The colors are phenomenal. However, the customer service is unmatched! Michael was great to help me before there product even arrived and after with setting it up! It’s great piece of mind to have the customer service for such a big purchase! Purchased this printer for my business recently, came in a pallet and they did a good job with the packaging. Unboxing was easy. Setting up was another story, but the sales rep Michael was superb. Do not waste your money. I purchased this and Michael was super helpful. BUT it’s not very user friendly. I wasted more money than actually being able to make. I’ve maybe used it 3 times and now it’s just sitting in my garage. I wasted thousands of dollars. Don’t waste your money seriously.
