This thing is a workhorse. Our normal size dishwasher broke and since when we replace it we also have to do other kitchen repairs at the same time we opted to get a countertop one for now. Since it came it we've been using it for 2-3 loads a day. You can fit bigger pots and pans in however you won't be able to fit but maybe a cup in. Our dishwasher was old so comapsted to that this is less noisy but you can still hear it if in the same room. We pour the water in and if you didn't hear the beep for water full and over fill it it'll run out plus you'll notice at the top it's full. A single person or even a couple may be able to get away with running this 2x a day but we're a family of 4 with small kids so lots of cups. No issues with it. It's easy to clean. Only thing I've not used is the fruit setting and delay since it's not hooked to water I don't use the delay. You do need to make sure it's level so if your countertops aren't level, like mine, then you'll need to put something under a foot to level it. We've had this a couple months so far and will use it multiple times a day til it dies or we renovate the kitchen in that area.

This made my life easier. I live in a third floor apartment and we are a family of 3. It obviously doesn't fit my large pots and pans but it DOES fit all our cutlery, plates, bowls, and smaller cookware. I am no longer coming home after 12 hour shifts to hunch over my too-low counter to wash dishes every night. I waited 3 months to post a review to really try it out and I am so happy with it. I love that you can hook a hose up to a faucet or load the tank with water. It came with everything needed. Everything has come out clean. I love the light and all the different cycle options. I highly recommend for apartment living!

No wonder this has nearly 5 star ratings. Using Amazon's Basic dishwasher detergent pods, everything washes clean, no residue left and truly sparkling glasses, cups and dishes. It's not noisy. Size is perfect. It's functional and value for my money. No leakage. I pour 🫗 water into the reservoir with draining into a bucket 🪣. Works perfectly as impossible to attach to sink.

The Segatom countertop mini portable dishwasher arrived well boxed and it is very easy to put together and use. I took it out of the box, removed the tape inside, attached the drain hose in the back and used it the first time with the water tank feature. It comes with a basket for utensils (and a top if you use it with all small items), a fruit basket to use for rinsing fruits, and a measuring cup if you are using the tank function for the water supply. You will always need the drain attached to release the water, but you can either attach the water source to a sink faucet, or other water source, or you can fill the built in tank. If the tank is filled it will automatically use the tank. For the soap, you will need powdered dishwasher soap. I have not tried the pods but I would think they would be way too much soap. The directions enclosed are very easy to read and very straight forward. It is a simple model to use. It does have a number of features including delayed start times, different wash cycles (strong, quick, eco) and it even has a function that you can out your fruits and vegetables in it and rinse them off with cold water using the enclosed fruit basket. It did take me a few minutes to figure out how to get it started and the company was very smart and placed a panel on the top of the machine with quick directions on how to use it. That is a great feature to have! It is easy to use and it was not loud or obtrusive when it was running. It does have a fan which will continue to recirculate the air for 75 minutes after the cycle is complete, which is great because when I open the door everything was completely dry. It did a great job washing my dishes. I used powdered dish detergent in the cup holder and that is on the door. It is small and you need to be really creative on how you put your dishes in the machine. I have some heavy Pfaltzgraff dishes and I had a hard time putting them and the bowels in but I think due to the size it is something that will come with time. It does in fact hold full sized dinner plates. It is good for just one or two people, this would probably not work for a family. Great size for an RV if you have a place to store it while traveling and when not in use (it does take up a bit of counter space), or for an apartment or studio if you do not have a dishwasher. It seems very well made and works very well. I would recommend this brand if you are in the market for a counter/mini dishwasher.

I am a single guy and filling a regular dishwasher takes time. I thought the countertop model was the perfect size to support my needs. I was impressed that the dishwasher worked as well as it did. For its size. It took a bit to install but it worked well on glasses, plates and silverware. Try to clean the dishes before using as there really is not a trap to catch items the at wash off. But start to finish, the dishwasher was quiet, cleaned the dishes and dried them nicely. Do not use one of the pods because the loads are so small. I measure my detergent out. The cycle is about an hour and the dishes do come out very good. The only hard part with this dishwasher was the installation
