  • HORRENDOUS SERVICE - DO NOT BUY!!!
We purchased this printer about 9 months ago. It arrived beautifully packed and we were able to get it sort of set up with no issues. Then we discovered you have to have 2 USB drives plugged in simultaneously to work and my laptop only had one USB port so I had to run out and buy one. Then we found out that one of the necessary programs was not on the drive sent to us so we had to reach out to Customer Service. They are overseas, so we had to wait until late at night our time to get assistance, but Frank helped us out and got us up and running. We LOVED the print quality and the shirts we’ve made have held up well to many washings - even 9 months later. With that being said, our machine has been properly maintained by regularly running maintenance (despite the other reviews complaining about it, it’s not difficult and takes only a few minutes a day) but it still ran into issues with no backing in white or random colors of ink not printing. We ran the maintenance so often the waste ink counter needed reset but we were not given THAT program either so we had to reach out to Frank again. Same as before, he replied late at night but was very helpful and got us running. Every few months we have needed to reset that waste ink counter… but when it works it is FANTASTIC. Then, after having it for 8 months, it stopped working. Random colors not working, not backing in white. We did everything recommended so many times and kept trying and trying. SO MUCH wasted ink and DTF film. We reached out to customer service again and got no response. We kept trying the tips and tricks that had worked in the past … no luck. We kept reaching out to CS and FINALLY got a response after a week. Unfortunately, we found out that Frank left the company and now customer service is very lacking. We wait days for replies. Finally they said we need a new waste pump and a new print head. Neither covered under warranty (warning: the two year warranty only covers “parts that don’t come in direct contact with the ink.” They didn’t answer when I asked what that would even be… the outer cover and power cord is my guess. :/. Anyway, $411 dollars later and over a week to receive and we get the pump and print head. The machine has to be taken completely apart and reassembled (SOOOOOO many tiny screws.) Then find out they only sent the video for the pump. So now we wait another day to get a reply for the print head directions and video. Oh… you need a little bitty zip tie and it’s the middle of the night so we have to wait another day to fix it. FINALLY everything is replaced and put back together… and guess what? STILL doesn’t work. We reach out and they want us to try to same things we’ve been trying for weeks now. Something else is obviously wrong. We've been going in circles for 3 weeks now and they want me to BUY another printer head (over $300) but will "generously" throw in the pump for free (you know...the part I already paid for that doesn't work!!!) I am starting to wonder if these engineers are actually people or if they are AI because no one with any common sense can really think their suggestions and solutions are adequate. DO NOT - UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES - BUY THIS UNLESS YOU WANT TO HAVE TO BUY ANOTHER WITHIN A YEAR!! ... show more

  • My DTF machine.
The media could not be loaded. What I really don’t have any dislikes about my machine now that’s it up and running. When first set my DTF machine up I had a little problem, the machine won’t print. I got in touch with Amazon I thought it was going to be a problem but no they answered right away. We have a 12-13 hour difference. But someone contacted me right away and we were able to set up a time for the engineers to fix the problem. Amazon set up the engineer to help me. Once they connected to my computer, download the software needed the printer started working fine. I was half with the team I had from the Amazon representative to the engineer she set up for me. They were so nice, patient and understanding. They answered all my questions and sent me videos I can go back to look at later. I was so grateful for the team I got my DTF machine got my tee-shirt business and I think it’s going to help me increase the sales for my business. Best investment I’ve made this year. ... show more

Update 07/01/2024: had a minor issues and as alway P-Yu was ready to help. Always understanding, friendly, and patient. I just received my machine this past Friday. When I opened my box, everything was packaged extremely well. The ink and dtf film came days earlier in a separate box. Upon opening the package I noticed my user manual software flashdrive was broken. I messaged customer service and within 30 mins I was on Skype with P-Yu. Let me tell you, P-Yu was amazing!!!!!!! He emailed me everything I needed. After getting everything installed and finishing setting up the machine. I was up and running smoothly. This is a picture of my test print and if came out better than I ever expected. The software is a bit tricky, but the customer service team is there to help you through it all. ... show more

  • Died after 1 year
This was my 1st DTF machine and after I figured it out I loved it and made ok profit. One yr and 1 month later the white was almost non existent, I replaced printheads, dampers, and so many more, but it stopped working all together. I have a good clientele and had to purchase another machine and got a procolor but that one is so awful. I need a new replacement but it stinks that it didn't even make it one year. I wish it would last longer or be cheaper ... show more

Omg , I finally got my Dtf printer it came 5 Jan 2023, the best Christmas present I bought myself, but it was not easy to hook up the printer drivers , and oh (remember that the ink is not shipped with that order) of this big machine , so the ink came the next day here I was just trying to see this baby print, long story I had to contact china , yes China , some paperwork that came with numbers on it . and also remember they are in a different time zone , so we set up a time to work on my computer, they worked their magic , for 3 days I was like a child in a toy store. As for the workers who Skype text , Frank was my 1st contact, thank you . Jerry after sales engineer, P-Jerry Li , and Lina I was very patience because I needed their help and I just wanted my toy to work , I plan on selling Dtf prints on line I just have to find out how.
