My hubby and I ordered this Lancelot printer to use for a new small business venture that we are going on. The printer arrived in a very secure package. I wasn’t quite ready to open it right away because we had to make some arrangements in our home of the best place to put the printer. After I’m pretty short time, I contacted technical support as I was instructed to do when opening the printer. The tech Support team was awesome. I’m quite new at doing this kind of thing and they guided me through all the steps. The main thing I had to do was just precisely follow the instructions that they gave me. They had really helpful videos to guide me through the process and anytime I have questions, they helped me quickly and guided me really well, including providing me with videos and pictures. My hubby and I were able to watch multiple videos online about how to operate after setting it up, which were nice, but honestly after the first try, the process was pretty easy and we were able to do it with no issues. After several prints, I can say the printer is working fantastic! The color is very vibrant. We haven’t run into any technical issues that we needed help on, but I have no doubt that technical support will be great if in the event we do need it. Highly recommend! The shipping was quick. The Support was superior and the printing (which is the most important obviously) has been super high-quality and very easy. It was also great that the full package included exactly what we needed to get things started right away.     • AMAZING DTF PRINTER
Setup was very simple. Lancelot support contacted me prior to receiving printer to let me know how to reach out for support. It only took 4 days to receive which is fast. I unpacked everything and contacted tech support and in a manner of a couple of minutes tech answered and it didn't take much time to install everything and had it printing. I've been using an L1800 DTf printer for about 3 years, so when I starting printing with this new one, I was blown away by the speed. How easy it is to adjust the colors, the auto cutter is fantastic. Tech was so nice and polite and easy to talk with. The main reason I upgraded was for maintainance, and it's so much easier, faster, and much less messy than my old one. With all the extra accessories such as ink, film, powder, head cleaner, spare parts, and with the free ink for 2 years, this was a super value for the price. I couldn't be more pleased with this purchase. After using my Lancelot M1630 printer for near 2 months, im still very satisfied with it, and amazed how easy it is to use, and how fast it turns out prints. I have owned this printer since March 2026. I work with printers and equipment from several different companies, and I have never experienced customer service that is as fast to respond and as efficient at resolving problems as Lancelot’s. Their support team is truly outstanding. The printer and the materials are of high quality, and I am very satisfied with my purchase.     • Great Printer So Far — Smooth Setup and Quality Prints
Setup was pretty easy, though it did take a little time to get everything just right. The customer service team was amazing — they walked me through my issues and helped me get both the printer and the software set up without any stress. So far, I’m really enjoying this printer. I haven’t had any paper jams, and even though the machine is large and heavy, it works well and the print quality is solid.     • Amazing customer & tech support. Quality printer
I must say after doing tons of research and watching videos of different dtf printers. Reading countless reviews on different ones. I ultimately decided on the Lancelot m1630. There are many reasons why I choose this printer. Features like holiday mode and and auto ink loading, auto cut and let's not forget the ink refill and waste alarms. The major selling point after the price tag is hands down their customer service and tech support. I had a couple of issues when my printer and oven arrived. I reach out to customers service right away and gave them my WhatsApp info. Which makes dealing with customer service and tech support super easy. Almost immediately I was contacted by tech support to start the printer setup. Followed shortly after by customer service. Jun Hao got me started on my setup while Sissie delt with my missing roll of film and a dent and some other issues with my oven. I provided her with pictures of the damage and shipping boxes as she requested. Within minuets she was provideding me with solutions. Which was a replacement oven for damaged one alone with my missing film roll. Itwas late in the day when I started this so I end up finishing the printer setup the next day with Levi who was also super easy to deal with. Sissie also reach out the next day with tracking numbers for my film and replacement oven. At which time she also informed me that she talked with the company and got them to through in a set of 500ml inks for the inconvenience. I was shocked. She went above and beyond. Being a very small craft business I will definitely recommend and purchase from Lancelot again. The printer is amazing and super easy-to-use. The prints are vibrant. The print time seems to be super fast. Make sure you have a good sturdy place to set it on. The printer is very well built and very heavy.     • Waste of $$
Revision 2: Dropped to one star because this hunk of junk now has to have head cleaning after 1 print. The sellers haven't even tried to see what was going on or anything. This is made in China so fo figure. I opted on this one because although it's still 3k it was cheaper than the one we really wanted. I'm paying the price for it in other ways. Revised: Heater came in a few days later, but this thing needs head cleaning more than can print and now shuts down in middle of a print. We get 1 or 2 prints and then have to clean the print head multiple times just to get a good nozzle check. If you got the $$ buy something else. Original review: The description and the advertised photo shows and says the curing oven comes with it, but it did not. The box itemized insert doesn't show one. This is a big deal for a $3 k machine. The tape used to hold the moving parts is the worst tape in a world of endless tapes to use, it tears apart in little pieces. I haven't set it up all the way as I do not know if I have to send it back yet. Will update review later. ... show more

    • Very impressive piece of machinery!!!!! Quality
So far, so good. The set up wasn’t easy, but it wasn’t hard either. I guess I’m a little lazy but I got through it with the help of the support team. Please make sure you contact them and let them walk you through set up because you will learn about what you need to do to maintain the machine. I am very impressed with the build quality. It is built like a tank and is vey heavy so make sure whatever you plan to put it in is stable. It came with everything I needed to get started except t shirts. They give you so much in the area of extra parts and the quality of the prints are incredible. So after my first day with it knowing that I have a solid product with a capable support time, I would definitely recommend this product and company to people who are interested in dtf. So if you are thinking about it buy it. You will not be disappointed. ... show more
