I received this product in March 2025 - I was so excited to up my tshirt game and I did extensive research on the product. If I could go back, I would NOT purchase this. I do regular maintenance on it, but if you aren't using it EVERY SINGLE DAY then don't buy this one. I've already had to replace the waste pump - which SURPRISE - wasn't covered under the 1 yr warranty. It was a nightmare to get any assistance on how to take the printer apart and install that on my own. That was in October? It worked well after that and I was more diligent about maintenance and use, but now it's acting up again and I'm guessing the printhead is having issues. This was what I suspected the problem was in October before learning about the waste ink pump and I should have known it's not great when the Procolored team told me I should buy a new printhead (mind you it was only 6-7 months old) Well I've cleaned the print head and it seems worse - its not the waste ink pump because I've come to know that functionality VERY well -- So I now have to pump out an additional $300-$400 for a new print head-- I'll be down at least a week waiting on that part...AGAIN If I'm dealing with all of these issues and it's not even been a year since my purchase... I very much wish I had gone with another printer because I'm going to continue dumping money into this one to make it work... And it's not like it's small... when it needs work, I have to take up an entire room just to disassemble it. With the tech support halfway across the globe, they sleep when I need help. Not to mention the way they require you to film what your doing and send them the video-- it's dang near impossible to hold a camera to film something that requires 2 hands.. AND your hands will be coated in ink... When it works - it works -- but when it doesn't, you have to dump so much more money and time into it... It's not fast -- you might get excited at first to see it print, but it's a long print process -- It's not gonna perform at the professional level for those who mass print shirts & it's FAR too finicky for the small business setup... If you have nothing but time on your hands and an endless supply of money, then go ahead and purchase-- but you'll want a GoPro camera, magnetic screwdrivers of all sizes, an operating table, and the patience of a saint to commit to this thing. **UPDATE** Feb 2026 Don’t even think about ordering a printhead from another dealer - I did that and the printer is obviously programed so that it's compatible ONLY WITH Procolored products. So that's ANOTHER $350 loss **UPDATE AGAIN** May 2026 Purchased the Print head and installed it -- 2 months later it's clogged AGAIN!!! They want me to buy a 3rd (4th) printhead and blame me for not doing regular maintenance! BUT I DO REGULAR MAINTENANCE!!! ... show more

It runs quiet, the software rips beautifully, I didn't have to mess with the colors to get the prints to look how I wanted them to look, easy setup, easy printing. I bought the printer a couple of months ago. At first, it had many issues—red warning lights, white ink problems, interruptions during printing, among many others. I called to request a return, but they explained that the return process was complicated, although they do offer 24/7 customer service. I reached out to customer support, and the response was quick and easy. The engineers at Procolored are very friendly and approachable. I spoke with several engineers, and they all helped diagnose the problems with my printer, but Lucas stood out. Together, he and I were able to align the printer’s components and colors correctly. If you’re experiencing similar issues with your printer, I recommend being patient and polite with the support team, and following their guidance—they really know what they’re doing. I’ve now been printing for over a month without any problems. I do recommend using the customer support if you’re having issues with your printer. ... show more

I would loved to have given this negative 5 stars. We did a TON of research before buying this. If you are thinking about buying this printer. DOn't just walk away RUN. Yes we were aware these type of printer require lots of maintance. WHich we did even still with clogged pritn head several times. Yes contacted Procoloreed support. Folloowed their direction. Which inclueded dismatteling to a certaijn degree. THen after doing one more print head clean per their direction. Put it all back together. Did a small print test. Then the motherboard blew. it states one year warranty except pritn head which is 6 months. THey refused to replace the mother board. ANd highly recommded doing the print head at the same time. That came to around $800. At this point I was ready to take a hammer to it. They REFUSED to replace it. Even bought the extemded warranty with Asurion. THey even refused said Procolored warranty is still good. So after several differnt days of Trouble shooting and chatting with Procolered. I worked with Amazon with their aA to Z guarantee THey agained to refund our money. Not to get this over prived. Poor quality peice of JUNK out of our house. DO NOT BUY this printer. ... show more

When I first bought this printer, the belt in the printer broke right after the 2nd print. Amazon's A-Z guarantee got it replaced. I thought maybe this was just my luck and I had a one-time manufacturing defect. In 1 year and 2 months the printhead went out. I took accountability and said maybe it was me. I replaced the print head, and it went out again in 3 months. When I replaced the head, the screws that hold it down weren't stable because once I unscrewed the bad print head to replace it, they were stripped, and I had to replace the carriage. They had me replace the control panel, encoder disk, and wires just to figure out what triggered a sensor issue. Still, this machine has cause more problems than anything. ... show more
