I might have given this vacuum 4 stars, but the customer service boosts it to 5 stars. Our unit worked great for 3 days, then started working on its own regardless of where we were in the house. I contacted customer service and received a response the following morning. It provided several steps to try. I turned it off and turned it back on again (I'm an IT Crowd fan)i, I plugged it into another outlet, I moved it to another room, all to no avail. I contacted Customer Service again and they suggested trying it once more in its original location and offered to send a new unit if it still didn't work. However, when I plugged it back in again with the original configuration, lo and behold, it worked perfectly. The vacuum power is very good, the sensors negate the need for bending over and though I do consider it to be fairly noisy, I can handle the noise for six seconds. The built-in hose with crevice tool is very handy. We live in a wooded area and can't go in through any door without tracking in fir needles. It is so much easier on our backs to grab the broom we keep between our back door and garage door and banish the needles into the vacuum unit. My only suggestion is to make the cord longer. But if this continues to work as well, we'll probably buy a second one. I just wish the fridge, TV and computers came with five-year warantees!

I have serious back issues so using any vacuum is hard on my back. I can sweep and let me say this. This really sucks and I mean in a good way. Have a Chinook dog and a Maine Coon cat so that means floor cleaning on a daily basis and sometimes twice a day. It even sucks any pet hair off the broom. I am buying 2 more for all areas of my house. No more lugging a vacuum and no bending over. It is noisy but it shuts off quick.

Super!!! It’s a bit smaller than I thought it would be, but that’s my fault for not looking at the dimensions properly. It does state how big it is, etc. (A plus for the small size is it’s easy to carry and can be tucked away, but still functional.) However, despite its smaller size, it sucks up mountains of Golden Retriever hair like a champ! I actually have hope now of keeping my house clean. It is a bit ”loud,” but no louder than any other vacuum I’ve had. And in this case, it only turns on now and again rather than having to have it on the entire time I’m cleaning. So that is a bonus. Both my dog and cat definitely reacted to it; it’s something new in their environment. But neither “freaked out,” and both seem comfortable enough with it. So far I love it. It’s very easy to clean my floors now. The suction power is great. No problem at all with hair or the other dirt I sweep up. It doesn’t seem to have any odor. It did make my air purifier glow red for a moment the very first clump of stuff I swept under it, but not at any of the other times (and I still didn’t smell anything). If it continues to work the same as this first try, I will be very pleased.

I have a husky and three cats, one is a Maine coon mix with long downy fur. I have a multi level house and wanted this for my downstairs but also read about how well this works for the litter box areas so I decided to add it there first. It really helps with daily sweeping and getting everything after they decide to have a litter box digging party. I love that it’s very lightweight but powerful. So easy to use and easy to clean. Looks like a small air filter or fan so it doesn’t take up much space and looks nice sitting out. Can’t wait to buy one for my downstairs. It’s worth the price!

Edited: The company reached out after I posted review, a little over a week after I emailed them about the unit not working. They shipped out a new unit that works great. Really does a great job sucking up pet hair. Worked great for five months and then stopped working. Comes with a 5 year warranty, but no one responds when I tell them that it stopped working. Cleaned all the parts, emptied dust bin, had my mechanical engineering husband check it out. Nothing worked, so just expensive trash.
