I really like these pillows. I bought them because they were waterproof and I wanted to use them with my outdoor furniture. I realize that most pillows come, vacuum sealed, But when they came, I thought they were super thin. I was a little disappointed. I put them in the dryer, medium low heat For about 15 minutes and they fluffed up very nicely. They’re very comfortable. I wouldn’t say they provide a lot of support. I would use them more for decorative options, but they’re definitely comfortable. I think the lumbar is fluffy To provide support The sizes are just describe one of my packages come with the wrong size, but I’m reaching out to the company to maybe replace that

The pillows arrive shrink wrapped. They fluff out after a few minutes. I was a little disappointed that they didn't come with more filling. The 11x20 inserts fit my 11x20 covers but they tend to look a little more flat. The pillows recover fast when you lean against them and move. I think the material is a good quality.

I purchased the 18x18 pillow insert and they are too flat to fill the same size cover. I had to buy 16x16 pillow covers to have them fill out the way you would expect. They do not look anything like the advertising you see on the video. Not even close to as firm, full and fluffy. I am going to buy a set of 20x20 inserts in hopes it will fill out my 18x18 covers better. Overall, fine quality and fast delivery so not terrible, but expect that your covers will sag, corners will not fill out correctly and that you will most likely need to size down the cover if you want it to look nice.

These were the perfect addition to my patio couch! They’re plump and cozy. I sit on them every morning enjoying my coffee and they haven’t seemed to flatten with common use after 3 months. I like to change my decor often depending on the season but didn’t want to keep buying pillows that didn’t have a changeable cover and have a bunch in the storage room waiting to be used until next year so this has saved me from having to buy a bunch of different ones. Now I just choose the pillow cover I want to use for the season and use these inserts. I ended up buying 4 more to have pillows on my other patio couch too
