I bought this can opener, black color because the black color was on sale at a discount, why? IDK, Color did not matter anyway, this can opener works great, opens great, easy to hold and cuts open cans with no problems. Great price. My old can opener broke and it was delivered fast.

Our old can opener gears were stripped so it wouldn't open cans anymore. I purchased this based on the reviews and it is the easiest manual can opener that I have ever used. Unlike some others where it seemed like you had to struggle opening some cans, this opener doesn't require a lot of strength to open a can. It will also open cans two ways. One the more traditional way which leaves you with a sharp, opened lid. The other is where you have the opener flat and it cuts along the outside leaving a smooth opened lid.
