So the water in our town is not so great. With all the concerns I decided to go this route because the water is relatively inexpensive, it gives me a safer mind set with the kids drinking the water not from the tap, and the dog is also included in a healthier lifestyle. What is also nice is that there is a heated side for any of your needs for hot water say like tea. I don't really use my kuerig anymore and the only thing I really used it for was to make hot water. Now I can eliminate that from the counterspace. The machine itself is pretty compact and doesn't really take up too much space. I also place the dog bowl beside it and he's got himself a little piece of heaven. For the price I had to jump on it, I feel better about the water we are putting in our bodies and I just get the water bottles from the Walmart down the street which makes it very easy without having to pay for a delivery service.

This is a fantastic cooler. The one thing that I adore that separates it from the others, the attached pet water bowl on the bottom. We use Zero water filters and I prefer to give all of our many pets, (2 cats, 4 dogs, 8 rats) filtered water. This makes it so much easier. I will be purchasing a second unit for the other end of my home because we love it so much. Honestly, the pets do too. Instant ice cold filtered water on demand with the press of a button. Such a useful and wonderful feature! I have purchased 4 different water coolers in the past maybe 6 years and this one is by far the best. I cannot speak for its longevity but hopefully it holds up as well as it works. I always have to have the hot water option as well and sometimes they tend to be a little finicky. This one works really well so far. I will try to remember to update this review in 6 months and see where the water cooler stands but for now, it gets 4 stars. One short of 5 because I feel some of the design could be more solid, with stronger materials but then again, this is something I find myself unhappy with very often with craftsmanship so perhaps it wouldn't bother most.
