    • I was skeptical at first. No more! Commercial duty machine at home is the way to go.
I've purchased several pieces of gym equipment over the years. One was a consumer-duty elliptical, new, NordicTrack. My wife was the primary user, and lost over 130 pounds with her workouts at home. She continues to tone and strengthen, and our machine was beginning to show its age after 12 years or so. We used Precor machines on a cruise a year ago, and wanted one for our home gym, but they are pricey. Finding this one on Amazon, we decided to take a chance and invest in a commercial duty, used model. First of all, customer service. The seller contacted me immediately after the purchase to arrange delivery, describe the process, and sent me the full user's manual in PDF form for me to review prior to delivery. Delivery came right to our home, and the machine was unloaded very carefully, right into our garage. Moving from there to the walkout basement was my job. it was strapped down to a skid, and surrounded by enough packing cardboard to build a small house. This unit is very heavy. 400+ pounds. With some ingenuity, ramps, dollies, come-a-long, trailer. . . I was able to move it by myself into our basement gym. My wife is very satisfied with the new machine. One thing I really like about this model is there is no power cord needed. You generate enough power using it to run the electronics. So no cord to trip over, or try to hide under the mats. Now the quality. Other than a couple of tiny scuffs that probably occurred during strapping to the skid, or me moving it, the unit looks like NEW. No wear showing on the platform. At all. Display clean and scratch free. No "gunk" anywhere. It is quieter than our old one, and sturdy as a rock. Should be the last one we will ever need. ... show more

    • Seller was wonderful to work with!
My Precor EFX 835 came packaged very well and shipped perfectly. It was ready to go when I unwrapped it. The machine worked perfectly but their was one small issue with the display. I reached out to the seller who was VERY responsive! He determined what the issue was and sent me replacements parts within 2 days. The customer service was a 10 outa 10! Knowing I was spending a good amount of money on a used machine had me a bit worried, so when Josh got back to me immediately and was so friendly and responsive and took care of my issue immediately, I knew I had to let others know that this company is very trustworthily and I wouldn't hesitate recommending them to all! ... show more

We couldn't be happier with the elliptical machine. Came shipped on a pallet, was easy to set up and very easy to use. One of the highest quality machines I have ran on and very happy and well pleased with purchase. Company that we purchased from was top-notch some of the best customer service on Amazon. Dealt directly with owner who takes much pride in his work, company and products. I wish everyone on Amazon would handle their companies and products like this guy does. ... show more

    • checked all belts etc and it is working fine. I love it
The machine came completely assembled . It was crated very well but is massive and took two men to get it of the truck. It had to be taken out of crate to get into the door . Extremely heavy . A technician came to be sure everything was set up properly . He cleaned it up .checked all belts etc and it is working fine . I love it ! ... show more

    • Great elliptical!
Ace Fitness Repair was awesome and the product is great! My husband is really happy with our purchase. We live locally to Ace so they contacted me and delivered/setup the item 3 weeks earlier than Amazon’s estimated shipping time frame! Elliptical runs like new, could not be happier!
