    • Great Machine, Great Delivery
I've been using this machine for years at health clubs, as delivered this machine is as close to immaculate as you will ever find outside the factory. It is completely clean, tight, blemish free and ready to use out of the box. The delivery (I'm east coast, this came from the west coast) was superlative. They built a custom box, with a custom palette on the bottom with the machine tightly strapped down. They put a box around it and wrapped the top of the box in wrapping plastic. You could scale it up and ship a tank and in that configuration. It arrived without a scratch, the plastic was unblemished. It took a while to dissemble because it was so well packaged. The machine itself is a complete pain-in-the-posterior to move, it's unwieldly, heavy, there are no good handles for grabbing, and thanks to COVID getting help to take it from the delivery agent's landing spot to it's final resting place wasn't happening so my wife and I wrestled it to our workout room and used many words I'm pretty sure do not appear in the Oxford English Dictionary. Thank goodness there were no stairs involved or we would be working out in our driveway for the foreseeable future. When I took it for it's maiden voyage today I understood why I went to all the trouble. It's a beautiful thing, it has lots of options, it gives you a great workout, it's quiet and will be used for many years.
