High zinc concentration and smooth consistency. I alternate this with calmoceptin - which is more expensive, stays much better in skin and I think mOre potent (recommend by our pediatrician) Saying that - my formula is to use this butt paste during the day and calmoceptin (at night) and during walks outside. Highly recommend this baby diaper cream!!!! I've used it for all 3 of my kids. I used other creams and it did not work as well. My babies always developed a rash with the other brands their skin is super sensitive. The rash gets so bad the skin bleeds and burns but this butt paste works like a charm! If you notice a diaper rash on your baby apply a THICK layer of this at each diaper change and trust me that rash will be completely gone in less than 2 days! Although this rash cream maybe good and the hardest to get off the skin, I have a baby girl and it’s a pain when the crams get on her private area. I would love it if the paste was so thick and hard to wipe off. It dries her skin but it doesn’t protect work for rashes.
