    • Foot pad is backwards

Pretty easy to put together and power cord is long enough to reach an outlet a good distance away. The foot pads seem to be built backwards. There is a ridge that is on the top edge and the edge on the side of the pad towards the middle of the unit. These raised edges seem to be to stop your foot from slipping off when using. There is a velcro strap to hold your foot in place so it doesn't slide forward. However, your foot slips off the back of the pad as there is no raised edge to stop it. Seems like a bad design. Had to turn the footpad around and cut some of the supports off the bottom to make it work. Shouldn't have to engineer something that someone in the design department should have seen when developing the product ... show more
