The entire family is loving this sauna and experiencing the benefits of it daily. The heat level can be adjusted and it warms up pretty quickly. It is very easy to assemble and can be placed anywhere. We kept it indoors to use it before showering. Great value for the money!

Not bad for a portable sauna tent for the reasonable price. Easy to set-up and turn on and heats up quickly. The location of the steamer is on the floor of the sauna and I’m uncomfortably huddled in the corner trying to avoid getting burned. I’d prefer if it hung up somehow or hooked from the top.

It's everything I need and more First, the heating speed is insane. I finish my deadlift set, set this up, and by the time I chug a protein shake, it's already hot enough to sweat out the lactic acid. No waiting around for 30 mins like those clunky traditional saunas-this thing gets to work FAST. A nd the insulation? Top-tier. I 've used it in my garage where it's 50°F outside, and the inside stays at a consistent 150°F the whole time. No heat loss, no wasted energy-major plus for my electric bill. Now let's get to the zipper-a make-or -brake for any portable sauna, right? I've had cheap ones before where the zipper breaks after 10 uses, but this one? I yank it open and closed aggressively( I'm a little impatient post-workout) and it's still going strong after 2 months. Sturdy, well-made, no complaints. The storage pocket is perfectly for my workout tracker and water bottle-keeps everything within reach so I don't have to interrupt my recovery.
