i have tried (and now own) multiple Level 2 chargers for my 6 houses (4 are rentals) and wish i had discovered "Tyocle" much sooner cuz they offer insanely high-quality products at ridiculously low prices. i was skeptical @1st as the price was almost too good to be true: i found only 2 other 40A Level 2 chargers that were priced lower by 2-4% but they both had overwhelmingly negative reviews while the reviews for Tyocle were overwhelmingly positive so i took a chance and was blown away at the bld quality, quiet perf, cool efficiency, and extreme ease-of-use (literally plug&play!). i don't recieve anything for writing this review but i will confess that i did so only AFTER ordering more Tyocles, sorry mates! ... show more

Worked great for 6 months then suddenly stopped working. Screen shows everything is ok but won't connect to car. I have verified car is fine and it works with other chargers. Absolutely no support options, the support email on the instruction manual is not valid. Amazon offers no options for contacting manufacturer. It worked fine for a while. A few months in, it overheated and fried the outlet. The support website does not work. Safer to go with one of the products recommended by your utility company (this was not one of them!) Update on Dec 11, 2025:- I got contacted by the manufacturer who offered to refund or replace the item. I am upgrading to 3 stars as they are ready to stand behind their product. ... show more
