The media could not be loaded. This little machine, from my perspective as a busy dog mom, has made life so much easier. I’ve used it on my carpet where my lab, Max, had an accident, and it pulled up the stain like magic. The suction power is strong enough to get out those stubborn marks but doesn’t make the process feel like a chore. However, the noise level is a bit on the higher side, which can scare my pets away while I’m cleaning. The large tank sizes are a godsend; I can clean my entire living room without stopping to refill or empty, which is great for those marathon cleaning sessions. But, I found the tanks a bit tricky to handle when full; they’re not the easiest to pour out without making a mess. The different cleaning modes are handy, especially the warm water clean for regular upkeep, though the steam sanitization mode takes a bit longer to heat up than I’d like. Maneuvering this thing around my furniture is a breeze, thanks to its lightweight design and the wheels, although the handle could be a tad more sturdy. The cord retract feature is a nice touch, makes storing it away quick and easy, but the cord could be longer for bigger spaces. In conclusion, I’d say this is a decent buy for anyone with pets or just looking to tackle tough stains. I’d recommend it, but with the heads up on the noise and tank handling.

Just cleaned my entire white sectional and it looks like new! All the stains and remanence from the dogs perching on it are gone and I'm so happy. My cat's next! Love this thing.

CHINESE GARBAGE! Failed once opened. The unit says the clean water tank is low and needs filled, but it's full of water. I removed the water tank out to make sure the plunger works properly and it does, but the unit doesn't depress the plunger. If it did, you would see bubbles floating to the top of the tank. Tried it multiple times with no luck.

The media could not be loaded. We love this product. It is easy to use for cleaning and not too heavy to move around plus, it has wheels on the bottom to make it easier. It’s the perfect size to pack for travel in case you have accidents in the car or your Airbnb. It is built very well and functions excellent. It has great water retention and is able to remove liquid from carpet easily. This machine is priced competitively and after using it several times we highly recommend.

This machine packs a punch. It has really been a pleasure to use and does a great job. We've used this cleaner numerous times in various scenarios. It has worked excellently in every instance. It has good suction power; plenty to get stains out and pick up spills. I was able to clean the car interior/carpeting easily and the results were amazing. The tank size is larger than expected, which means I can clean the whole car without needing to empty/refill repeatedly. I don't think I'd use this to clean a whole room in the house but it's great for spots, furniture, throw rugs, etc. I like using the sanitization setting. It works well and feels good knowing germs/bacteria are getting wiped out. This cleaner is easy to move around, fill, empty, and clean. It's quick to set up and operate. Overall, it's a pleasure to use and does a terrific job. I fully recommend this carpet/upholstery cleaner. Great design and so useful. Excellent value. Purchase with confidence!

Super powerful suction makes sure almost all of the water is sucked back out. Small size with easy glide wheels. A cord retractor so it doesn't end up getting tangled up or anything. Hose is a fantastic length and it's very lightweight hose too so makes cleaning a breeze. This small machine certainly packs a punch on dirt and stains.
