I’ve drank the pregame twice now before going out for drinks, the first time I had 4 drinks over the course of the night and felt great the next day which is definitely not always the case now that I’m in my late 30’s 😅 but the true test was a Superbowl party that lasted all day and definitely involved some over indulging both in food and beverage! Of course I always try to stay hydrated but even saying that I know I would have had a worse hangover without the pregame. I know it’s not meant as an excuse to overindulge but hey it was going to happen so I’m just glad this helped lol. The flavor is probably my least favorite of all the Blueshift supplements I've tried, but its not terrible- just not amazing.

This flavor was not good. The drink was very hard to mix with water, lots of powder left over on the bottom even after shaking for a long time. I could barely finish the drink as the flavor was not good and it hurt my stomach.

Starting with the most important aspect is it didn't prevent my hangover. But I'll admit when I go drinking, I GO DRINKING. So I probably consumed far more alcohol then what the packets are intended for. Other than that tho I was happy with products taste, ingredients and overall convenience. For people with the will power to drink a rational amount of alcohol this could be a great product. But for someone that's more of.a heavy drinker, enjoy the flavor cuz that hangover is still comin
