I wish I could give a negative review. Absolutely would not produce steam and continued to give an error stating that the reservoir was empty, and it was completely full. 45 minutes spent just trying to get it to do something…anything, but ended up with nothing. Buyer beware!!!!

I found this machine difficult to use until I got used to it. The on/off switch is near the bottom of the machine. If you are using it on your hands and knees it is easy to accidentally hit that switch and turn the machine off while cleaning. It also clogs up very quickly if you have pet hair or miscellaneous debris in your carpet. It seems like a sturdy little machine and has good suction but doesn’t usually suck up as much water as gets sprayed onto the floor. Our floors were quite dirty since I had not had a working carpet cleaner for awhile. I was puzzled after the first use because the wastewater did not seem very dirty. I let everything dry for several days and tried again. This time the wastewater was very dirty since I have a feeling the first pass sucked dirt to the surface but did not pick it up. The audio prompts are nice but not always loud enough to hear clearly when the machine is running. This machine is truly made for small, quick cleaning jobs only. The cleaning solution tank runs out very quickly. It does a good enough job for me to keep it for pet accidents and stains, but I will need a larger machine for any area larger than about 3’ x 3’.

Had a Bissell, used it once, had a clog in the water and steam lines. Sent it back, then found this one works great and is much cheaper

It would have been a good product had the steam cleaner worked. The steam option doesn't work, it keeps prompting to add water when the water tank for the steamer was already filled. Tried resetting and every troubleshooting step but it didn't work. Had to return it.

Don't buy its a very nice and great cleaning machine if or when it does work first unit was great the first use the secind it list most of its suction and I checked everything there were no leaks or clogs so they sent me a replacement amd out of the box it woukd not produce steam and had a different oyter shell that had a manual cord keeper you would wrap the cord yourself the first one had a retractable cord that i liked if it was more reliable it woukd be a great vac but to have 2 that failed in the first week then the first day wouldn't work stay away but a better brand careful what you buy on Amazon now a days they aren't there for the customer like they used to be for that reason buy from only amazon 3rd party sellers rarely do anything about a warranty or to help out consumers

Son smears and I never thought I’d get all of the stains out no matter how much I scrubbed how much cleaner I used. But this was a game changer. It got out old stains that I tried to remove, set in stains all of them! I can’t tell that there was ever a stain there. Well worth the money. Although the water tank is small it lasted I didn’t have to refill at all.
