I feel like hot water, will make things easier and you will be so satisfied when you see the dirty water tanks fill up. The whole process feels super efficient. I love how compact it is. It fits right under my sink, and all the attachments have their own little spots, so I don’t have parts scattered around. I took a chance on this spot carpet cleaner. I just liked the look of it. Glad I did. It’s much quieter and lighter than spot cleaners I’ve owned in the past, yet it really “sucks.” It made quick work of carpeted steps and worked well on a fabric couch. It’s light and easy to fill and empty. The pictures reflect the result from what we’re not terrible dirty looking stairs yet look at the color of the water after cleaning!!! I would recommend this product for small jobs and spills and for cleaning upholstery. I’m also sure it would work great on pet stains.

The unit only required clipping in the hose and wand holder which took about 30 seconds. The instructions are well written and easy to understand, not to mention very simple. I just used hot water without any soap and it effectively cleaned some spots on the carpet. The unit has a built in brush that brushes it while sucking the moisture out. After about 1 minute of doing it the spot was gone and the carpet was only slightly damp. It should air dry pretty quickly. I'm very happy with how easy it is to use this machine. There is a single button that powers the nozzle sprayer and the vacuum. Plus, I was surprised that the machine wasn't very loud. It sounds like a slightly quieter vacuum. I am very happy with this machine so far.

Very easy to set up and use. I’ve used it to clean some furniture in my house and it works great at removing stains! All of the parts come apart easily to clean as well. Can be used with a cleaner added to the clean water tank but I find it easier to just spray the area with a cleaner.

I've been using this for a few weeks now, most recently I had an inspection of my apartment with some stains on the carpet. With this and some spot cleaner spray, I was able to remove almost every spot or noticeably dirty area. It's also great for getting oil stains out of the couch if you watch tv while eating dinner.

Just tried this carpet cleaner on my car seats and dog bed - totally impressed! The before & after of the car seat says it all. The collected water was disgusting, which really made me believe this thing works wonders. Highly recommend if you’re on the fence about getting one of these handy gadgets. I used regular laundry detergent as the cleaning agent in the water, seemed to work great.
