As a reference point, I live in New Jersey with its' four seasons - sometimes a harsh winter or full sun (UV). I've had an 18' x 33' above ground oval pool for well over 23 years and have replaced the winterizing cover almost every 3 years during the pool life. Consequently, I've had a lot of experience with different brands and makes. I never skimped when making my purchase and did a fair amount of research in advance. I never stressed the covers, installed them just as recommended (with cable through the grommets) and used recommended plastic clips to secure them to the rails to avoid wind damage. I removed leaves and debris during the fall and drained rain/snow to keep impact minimal. Although many companies promote a warranty for their product, naturally it's a sliding scale with a rapid decline in 'reimbursement' and hardly worth the effort to attempt a return and replacement. Hands down this is the best pool cover I've ever purchased. It is extremely well made, very durable and after more than a half year of fall and winter use, looks and feels brand new. The material has bulk, creates a terrific barrier and the stitching and edging couldn't be better. Unlike previous covers, this does not exhibit any wear along the edges, where it meets the pool rails or any other location. It is evident that the company has taken professional care in producing a first rate product. It was well packaged with the associated parts and instructions. Although it included a heavy duty pillow, every year that I used one the pillow would eventually fail and didn't really provide any noticeable protection or advantage. Snow and rain appears to put undue pressure on the pillow and cover, and the water would freeze none-the-less. Using a gravity drain and keeping on top of it works every bit as well. This cover performed extremely well under the same hard weather and freezing conditions. I highly recommend this cover and am so happy to find a manufacturer that builds a quality product at a time when so many others are cutting corners and take little pride in what they produce. I for one am a very happy customer!

I have gone though a lot of winter covers over the 20+ years of our pool. They never seem to last more than a year or two but I am certain this one will last for many years. It is much thicker than all of my previous covers.

I purchased the Sapphire Series 15 x 30 winter pool cover. It's definitely an upgrade from the cheaper versions the other companies advertise that barely last 2 years. This one is very thick and should last more than 2 winters. When filling out the warranty form, I sent pictures of a possible issue that might be a concern later. Alex with Customer Service took care of the issue ASAP. I wasn't expecting anything, I was just giving them a "Heads-up" in case it became an issue. I have never experienced a company with this kind of customer service. I gotta give credit (KUDO's) to Alex and his team...Thank You. Normally I get my wife and daughter to help with putting the cover on the pool because I'm use to the cheaper covers and half of the cover sinks as we try to spread it over the pool. This cover actually floats on top...By myself, I installed it in about 30mins. Definitely worth it.

Cover itself is great. Fit well on my 15’x24’ above ground pool. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because when tightening the cable, the little cable winch fell apart & I lost the spring that holds the lever down. I’m going to contact the seller & request a replacement winch. If I get it I will give 5 stars. Update. The company sent a replacement winch & it works great

This was purchased in August of 2023, It's now June of 2024 and there is discoloration of the cover including small tears in the cover. This cover has been on water pillows all winter and does not sit under trees. At the cost of this cover to not even last a year....really frustrating.
