The bike was easy to assemble and took me only an hour to put together by myself. Its sturdy, heavy-duty one-piece frame provides excellent stability while riding. I am 6'2" and weigh 192 lbs., and I fit comfortably on the bike with the seat adjusted all the way back. The bike operates very quietly, and pedaling is smooth. I have not tried using it in reverse motion yet. The seat is comfortable and has enough padding for a workout lasting an hour without causing any discomfort. The breathable mesh backrest offers great support, reduces shock, protects the waist, and enhances comfort during exercise. The resistance knob is conveniently located and easy to adjust while working out. So far, I have only used the settings on levels 2 and 3. The digital monitor is large, but it could benefit from being backlit. The tablet holder allows me to place my iPad easily within reach during workouts. Overall, I am very happy and impressed with this bike. It offers great value for the cost!

This bike is amazing! I looked at tons of stationary bikes before settling on this one. First of all, the reviews for this particular bike were all positive. That spoke volumes! I told my husband, “There are no bad reviews on this bike!”. I was ready for a recumbent bike so I could have a nice back rest. The backrest is SO COMFORTABLE!! The bike itself is super sturdy. The electronics (for regulating the speed, calories, etc, etc) are easy to understand and work great. It doesn’t take up a ton of space. It’s actually quite compact for such a sturdy bike. I had to have a bike that I could move by myself if I needed to, so the video showing the lady moving the bike was very helpful. That was actually the selling point for me! My husband assembled the bike in about an hour and said the directions were good. If there was anything I would change it would be moving the monitor down so my iPad was eye level, and I didn’t have to reach up to scroll. But, that being said, I’m glad there is a place for an Ipad. Don’t hesitate to buy this bike. It is great!!

I’ve been using the Pooboo W216 Recumbent Bike for rehab, and it’s been perfect. The sturdy frame feels very stable, and the smooth, quiet ride makes it easy to focus on recovery without disturbing anyone. I recently purchased the Pooboo Recumbent exercise Bike and was excited to set it up. When it arrived, I noticed the monitor was damaged during shipping. However, Pooboo’s customer service was outstanding - they responded quickly and sent me a replacement monitor right away. I didn’t want to return the bike because we already love it, so this worked out perfectly. Assembly wasn’t too difficult, and the bike itself is high quality, comfortable, and easy to use - perfect for riding while watching tv! The ergonomic backrest and am exerciser are great features, and it feels very sturdy. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase and impressed with the excellent customer service.
