I bought the 350 pound bike thinking it would be the sturdiest, and therefore the longest lasting. The bike is built like a tank, confirming my choice. Given the quality of the bike, I'm sure the ones with a lower weight limit would also be really sturdy given the designs are similar. I am 6'2" tall, and I am definitely at the top range of adjustments. That being said, the adjustments are many, and I've found my sweet spot. A note about height - my body, legs/trunk is normal, but if you are my height with a short trunk and long legs, you might want to consider that factor in your purchasing decision. Why 4.5 stars? It's due to the toe cages. They are strong plastic, and the opening is very small, making them difficult to get into wearing a size 12 shoe. The resistance is so strong that the pedals flip around when you're trying to lift the top of the cages to slip your foot in. I have to reach down, lift the top of the cage, and insert my foot. Make that used to do that. I removed the cages for ease of use. Thankfully, the pedals provide a good grip. But having had a number of bikes with toe cages, I know what a rotational benefit they provide to a ride/workout. See the attached photo of the toe cage. As I said, the plastic is strong, and probably stronger than it needs to be. In other words, using less material would not likely lead to any failure. As I'm not using the cages, but would like to, I may do some modification on them. As I'm currently not using them, there's no harm in trying to modify them so they can work with my shoe size. The monitor works well, but I don't spend much time looking at it. As an experienced biker, I don't see the need. It would be nice for the display to be lit for those who use it in a dark room. Maybe an on/off option so battery use is minimized? The pad holder is nice and functions well, but I made a nice slide-on sleeve with a mouse pad carpet-taped to it. Since the bike is easy to move around, I just put it in front of the big screen and take video rides around the world. If you do the same, just remember to tilt the pad up a bit so the mouse doesn't slide off! You can also put the mouse in one of the water bottle holders. Watching the ride videos on a big screen rather than my tablet is great! The bottom line is that once I got everything adjusted, with the exception of the toe cages, I love the bike!

I received the bike in good condition. Husband said it’s easy to put together. I have only used my BODI account to ride with. My personal opinion for using the bike. I find the seat to lean forward too much. I am told by CS there is a QR code to scan to help with the seat. I haven’t done it yet. Turning the tension was easy and I did feel the tension as I was turning the knob. It’s easy to put tension on and take tension off. There are no clips to use clip on shoes. You can wear a regular pair of sneakers. The pedals are smooth. The bike is quiet, From time to time I do have to tighten the handles. They do become a little loose. The bike isn’t bulky looking. When standing & paddling, the bike does not wobble. Under the feet, they are adjustable to balance the bike. For me, the most important part is Customer Service is awesome. They reply back to emails and were very helpful with sending me QR codes to scan different things to understanding the bike better. When reaching out to CS They will let you know the different incentives they have to offer but to get these extra incentives, you will have to do a few things for them. It’s pretty easy and it doesn’t take long. When you receive your bike, there will be a card in the package with an email address you email them with your order number and where you bought the bike from and your name and someone will get back to you immediately. I am amazed on how well Customer Service is with the communication. This is huge for me. They really seem to care and they want their customers to be happy. TY Luna Maybe in the future I will get an upgrade but as for now I’m content. I weight 110lbs , 5’2”

This is my very first time using a spin bike. The only reason I’m taking one star off is because is seat is VERY UNCOMFORTABLE as a first time user, maybe if you’ve done it tons of times before the seat wouldn’t bother you. The handle is also uncomfortable for my hands. My sister doesn’t have this issue and she is a first time user like myself. So I guess it really has to do with the individual also my body weight is more than hers so she has less weight on the seat. Fitting the bike up: My 16 year old sister took less than 40 minutes to set this up with no help from anyone, she only used the manual. It’s pretty straight forward to use. It looks very sturdy and it feels that way as well. It looks very expensive, but affordable. The weight of the bike is fine because if it wasn’t heavy it would tilt over with me. First time work out: I’m currently 240/250 lbs and this gave me a good work out. I spent 15 minutes on it. I can feel it in my legs. It was not an easy work out. I already know that with consistency I will be able to lose weight on it. I only wish the seat was more comfortable. I can find ways to do with it hurting my hand. The seat is my biggest problem. I will buy a passed seat and padded shorts though and hopefully that works.

I am very satisfied with this bike that I purchased as a replacement to my prior bike. It is definitely a step up with its smooth ride even at high resistance it is still smooth and quiet. I have been using this it for a few weeks now with no issues whatsoever. I also am very pleased at the seller and the customer service support they have. Once I received the product the seller reached out to me to assure everything was fine with the bike and if I needed any assistance with it or had any issue, that they were there to help. They are very attentive and are there to help you all the step of the way. This is my honest opinion, I have never experienced such great customer service and also pleased with my product. It’s really nice to have just a wonderful experience in a time where it’s hard to fine decent service, so this level of service and product is definitely appreciated.
