It was relatively easy to assemble this bike, especially after watching the video that is on Amazon. I had mislaid the assembly instructions, but it was fairly clear from the video which bolts to use to put together the parts. I live in a 2nd floor room and the unopened package is some 40 pounds, so I took individual parts upstairs for assembly. I am using the bike get in better shape so am going slow here at first. So far, I am really only using the distance feature on the display panel and have tried the heart rate feature a little. This also a calories burned feature but have no tried that yet. I am 6'3" and the recumbent position is working out the best for me so far. The bike is comfortable, and it gives a good workout. There is some noise but not loud. I have not tried the resistance bands yet. This was worth buying!

First I would like to mention the pros: bike arrived fairly quickly, once received the bike only took my husband 15 minutes to assemble, the bike looks as pictured and takes up very little space, but if needed it can also be folded and put away, you also have the option to connect your device to the app provided by the seller to ride on different trails with other people in real time for those that like a challenge (you must reach out to the seller to receive the free aux cord). Cons: The seat doesn't stay up, so if your back is not directly up against it the seat falls on your back; if you peddle to fast the bike moves back and forth, so it may not be suited for bigger individuals; I wish the resistance bands and resistance dial on the bike was stronger to give your body a quicker workout. Edit: Seller reached out to resolve seat issue, great customer service from the seller.

The media could not be loaded. Needed exercise bike for knee replacement surgery pre-hab and re-hab. Reviewed literally dozens of stationary bike and styles. Ultimately chose Pooboo, even though it cost a bit more, for its positive online reviews, appearance and easy assembly. The tutorial video attached to company’s video (on Amazon) demonstrating simplistic assembly sold me on this machine. Since delivery and set-up I’ve used bike daily for past two months , for up to 80 minutes per day logging over 600 miles without a single issue. Am impressed by its appearance, comfortable seat, feel, operation and compact storage. In addition, its design provides the resistance needed to tone and build muscle. Only recommendation is on top of handlebars. They are just a bit to far away for me to reach, tilting them (top) back toward the seat would make for more comfortable usage. Bike also has integrated braided stretch bands for upper body conditioning. I would purchase this bike again without any reservations. I have no reservations in endorsing this bike. My using it for surgery pre-hab worked as planned. It’s Day 3 after my surgery and although knee (leg) must be strengthened I can stand with both feet without needing support. Walking with wheeled-walker is a breeze. Best of all I presently feel no pain and have began weaning myself from pain medication. This bike help prepare my knee perfectly for this major surgery. There was a video available to help with putting the bike together making it pretty easy. The bike has adjustments for the seat and position of bike. I was a little disappointed with the tension but when I contacted the seller for help they were very quick to respond and were very helpful in trying to remedy the issue. I was able to make an adjustment with their help. The seller made sure I was happy with my purchase.

I decided to get a cheaper stationary bike for winter time because bicycling is my favorite workout in nice weather. So happy I did! This bike was easy to put together, feels very sturdy, and does exactly what I need it to do. Love that is folds and can be wheeled out of a room when not using it. Bought based on the great reviews and I agree this is a great bike for the price. While I can no longer use a road bike, this device allows me to continue being physically active. The bike is quite easy to assemble, has conveniently located adjustments, and is pretty quiet during use. I also like the resistance bands attached to the bike. The bike takes up little space and can be easily folded and removed if necessary. The customer service has been very friendly and helpful. I have definitely enjoyed the pooboo bike. 4601

This is actually far more sturdy and of a better build quality than I expected. Putting it together took about 45 mins to an hour and was very straightforward. This supports me absolutely fine, which I was concerned about when ordering. It's also near enough silent when pedaling which is an added bonus.

Ordered one product but seller contacted me as product was out of stock so they offered me more expensive product for same price. Very easy to assemble and very quiet. The price seemed really low to me, so I thought I'd get something a bit rickety, but I have been impressed by the sturdiness.
