I purchased the E399 Pooboo elliptical on 6/1/2025. It's an excellent elliptical trainer for home use. It has a sturdy frame; it is quiet and efficient. For the exceptional price it gives you everything the expensive name brand models offer. It is light weight, easy to move and store with the front base tube wheels. The manual and instruction video made the assembly very easy, 45 minutes total time. The LCD monitor is large and easy to read and operate. The display screen gives you scan, time speed, distance, calories, pulse and odometer, all the things you need to track a complete work out. Pooboo's customer service is excellent, they reply in a timely manner and do their best to make you feel like a satisfied customer.

I recently purchased the Pooboo Elliptical Machine, and overall, it’s been a great addition to my home gym setup! Delivery and Assembly The machine arrived promptly within a week via FedEx, which was a great start. It’s mostly pre-assembled, but some work is required to put the remaining parts together. The package includes all the necessary screws, nuts, and even wrenches, which I appreciated. However, the written instructions were a bit challenging to follow. Thankfully, I found a step-by-step video tutorial on their official YouTube page, which made the process much smoother. A heads-up about the video link in the materials would’ve been extremely helpful. Assembly took me about 45 minutes, though I did need an extra pair of hands for tightening screws and nuts properly. Performance and Features Compact Design: This machine is super compact, which is ideal for my small space. It fits perfectly without making the area feel crowded. Hyper-Quiet Operation: True to its claims, this elliptical is incredibly quiet. I can work out anytime without disturbing others, even during early mornings or late nights. Additional Perks I was also able to avail of a free floor protection mat by emailing their support team, as per the coupon included in the box. The team was responsive and honored the coupon quickly, which was a nice bonus. Value for Money Considering the features and quality, the price is quite reasonable. I wanted to see if an elliptical was the right exercise machine for me. I'm at an age where some cardio workouts are not right for me. And jogging, as much as I enjoy it, is hard now with my injury history. And I have to say, this one has been great. It was very straight forward to finish putting it together. It arrived 80% complete already. The settings allow you to set it at an initial level of tension so you can start there and move up as you wish over time. It's great just how smooth and natural the motion is compared to some other ellipticals. It doesn't have that awkward, jerky motion. Feels more like natural walking stride, albeit a bit more effort, making workouts comfortable and effective. It's very quiet, with a monitor that runs on triple A batteries with 2 apps you can connect to in order to track your workout. The monitor allows you to set it for a length of time to exercise, number of calories you want to burn off, a distance to reach, or a speed. If you're looking for a well-made elliptical for a good price, this is a wise choice. I'm really happy with this Elliptical. Other pros are the portability, space saving, and the excellent customer support. This is one of the best purchases I've made in a good while.

A great machine for the price—was easy to assemble, is insanely quiet (it honestly doesn’t make a sound!), glides super smooth, is very stable, provides great resistance adjustment, the stride length is short which works well for my size, doesn’t take up a lot of space and is easy to move. Wish the display was extended higher and the bottle holder placement higher as well as it’s down by your knees. The distance is measured in km not miles, which makes it hard to figure out your distance in MPH since it doesn’t give you RPMs. That said, I’ve been using this machine for a couple months now and am very happy with my purchase.

We were looking for an affordable elliptical, that wouldn't take up too much space in our house. This one fit the bill very nicely. My wife is about 5' 2" tall, I'm about 5' 11". We can both use it easily without adjustment, and we have it sitting in a room with a ceiling that is only about 7' 10" high, but there's plenty of clearance between my head and the ceiling. The feel of the machine when you assemble is of good fit and solid build quality. It took me some time to assemble, about 2.5 hours, but the instructions and diagrams are pretty good. The movement of the machine itself is smooth and quiet, although we've only used it a handful of times. Overall, initial impression is that this is a good buy for the money. I've had other Pooboo products, including their rowing machine, and this machine is quite similar in that it seems like an affordable, high value option.
