All the little accoutrements are easy to use, and the box is super super super sturdy - so you just keep everything in the little box that it comes in - in your kitchen tools drawer/junk drawer. Always wanted a pair of herb scissors for some reason I never had. I love these I’ve already used them several times and haven’t had them very long. The cover also works as a tool to clean out the grooves and I love that part.
