It holds up great in the wash, no sticking or ripping like other brands I’ve used. And I love that it goes on like a fitted sheet, no wrestling with the mattress to slide it in and zip it up!     • WaterPROOF without bagging the whole mattress!

The media could not be loaded. I was looking to replace my kids' generic "waterproof" mattress protectors that were not waterproof. With one still having accidents at night this was my main focus. Also I was looking for more natural if possible, bamboo/cotton top, something not polyester. I was happy to find these, although all of the comments I saw stated "haven't tested it yet" so I did it. As soon as it was delivered i tested if it would fit a thinner twin mattress, and its waterproof capabilities, before going through the effort of washing and using them. (Sorry for the tapping and patting, I was just playing in the water 😅 watching it back kind of annoyed me.) My findings: It IS waterproof! After the review video I let it stay like that, paper underneath, for 3 hours to check for any seeping and was pleased to find none. The top definitely stayed wet though. That being said, and obviously you know to wash things before actually using, the second it got wet it REEKED. It smelled so bad. But after washing them with zero scented soap they did not smell at all. ☺️ I put them in the dryer on gentle and low temp for an hour and they were pretty much dry, but I put them back in on air dry for 30 minutes and they were completely dry and soft after. They are very flat, no thickness or poof, which contradicts other reviews but I personally was more concerned with the protection quality anyway. The older, harder twin mattress needed its pillow top- topper still and this fit over it nicely. Same with the newer softer bed, no topper. The fit and stretch of these are incredible, and no crinkle sound is a huge bonus. ❤️ The company's warranties and confidence in their product is what originally sold me. My kids and I are happy with them so far! ... show more
