I liked these immediately upon opening the package. For an inexpensive protector they’re soft, comfy, quiet and of a seeming quality and sturdiness to hold up over multiple washings. For the money (~$13/cover) they’re an excellent value. Fabric feel is a difficult thing to explain but I don’t believe there’s anything objectionable and that most people will probably like them. Sort of a nice smooth terry cloth feel. My biggest irritation is that the side panels / elastic pockets are giant compared to the thickness of my mattress. I wasn’t aware of attention to this detail I needed to give as the elastic on not only this item but a number of others I ordered for competing comparison don’t have nearly the strength of elastic to stay securely on any mattress thinner than I’m guessing 12”-14”. If you’re reading and you have a medium thickness mattress be aware that there are some items that offer the 6”-10” thickness side panels but you have to hunt to find them. And oh, I hate Amazon search algorithm such that when I search for an “encasement” style (the ones that zipper around the whole mattress) the search returns this style instead of what I’m looking for. I like these well enough and the $13/ea (in a 2pk) is such a deal that the extra that will have to be done to keep them secure is an ok trade-off. These will find their use.

I’m genuinely impressed with the MUXHOMO 2-Pack King Mattress Protector. I’ve tried plenty of protectors over the years, but these stood out immediately for their quality and practicality. The fabric is soft and smooth right out of the package, not stiff or plasticky like many others. Once on the mattress, it fits snugly without shifting around, and the deep pockets actually stay in place—something I don’t see nearly often enough with king-size bedding. What really won me over is the waterproofing. It performs exactly as advertised. No crinkling, no overheating, and definitely no leaks. It manages to protect the mattress without making it feel like I’m sleeping on a tarp. Even better, it stays quiet through the night, so there’s no rustling every time someone rolls over. I also appreciate being able to get two protectors in one pack. It makes laundry day painless since I can swap out one for the other instantly. After washing and drying, they came out just as soft and well-fitted as before, with no shrinking or warping. If you’re looking for a reliable, comfortable, and well-constructed mattress protector, this set is absolutely worth it. It’s one of the few products that feels thoughtfully made and built to last.

We bought these for our new stupidly expensive Tempur-pedic adjustable mattress because our old king size mattress protector didn't fit the new mattress. They were on sale for $17.99 so I figured it was worth a shot and got two of them. And, genuinely the best money I've ever spent on a mattress protector. Not only do these fit our bed, they actually stay put and don't come loose, even when we adjust the bed. Every waterproof mattress protector I've bought has ended up being hot, but these are super breathable. One reason we spent so much on the new bed is because I get insanely hot at night and it's a super cooling mattress, and these actually don't make me hot. And, most importantly for me, they are 100 PERCENT WATERPROOF. My 15 year old cat has peed on the new bed twice, and each of the mattress protectors saved our insanely expensive mattress. Not even a tiny hint of wetness or leaking through. I've only washed them a couple times but so far quality is still perfect. Seriously I cannot recommend these enough!
