LinenSpa! I love you! Ok, so here's all that you need to know. I've owned this super smooth and very durable mattress protector from Linenspa since February 2015 this year I think? Anyway, I have a busy family and we have a 13" thick Mattress. I have an infant, a toddler, two older boys who sometimes sleep on my bed including my husband so I thought I'd tried it since it was $25 bucks so I thought I'd give it a try. Since I've owned it, my toddler has peed on it, my infant has pooped on it, my kids made an entire mess of play doh and whatever you name it; and through all those times, it totally waterproofed and kept my beautiful mattress clear of the mess. I'm shocked and very amazed with the quality of the sheet. It is very thin - YES - ThiN! but very durable and it definitely kept my memory foam mattress clear! SO FAR I'VE WASHED IT SEVERAL TIMES ALREADY AND IT DEFINATELY STILL KEPT IT'S SHAPE AND DURABILITY BUT YES YOU NEED TO FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS BECAUSE IT'S WATERPROOF/WHEN IT CAME OUT OF THE WASHER (IT WILL BE WET) SO YOU NEED TO GENTLY DRY IT. I did toss it in the dryer but I put it on med/low and it works perfect. I did notice a short shrinkage, but it works cause after it goes on my bed, it stretches out so it's such a worry free product you can't go wrong. I'm so glad I bought this. You won't regret it if you have little one's and your sloppy family. Anyway, I just upgraded one of my kids beds so we just bought a mattress and we just bought another one! Well worth your money! I bought one in 2016 and another in 2018. It works well enough for a home environment, but not so much for camping. This last camping trip a small amount of water got in our tent. I realized when we got home that it soaked through the bottom of the protector, resulting in mold. To be fair, these aren't meant to be water proof to point of sitting moisture for a long period. Still disappointing when it causes a mattress to mold, especially when it leaks through the bottom where the protection can be better (no worries about noise on bottom side). ... show more

Initial Impressions: I bought this for our heavy wetter kid with the intention of washing it at least twice per week. We have had it for 3 months or so now and it has held up great! As soon as I received the LINENSPA Waterproof Mattress Protector, I was impressed by its quality construction alongside its affordability. While having to return the other one I ordered at the same time from a different brand which felt like it would not withstand one use, I decided to keep this one and I am so glad that I ordered it! Performance Evaluation: The mattress protector exceeded expectations in every aspect. Its fabric felt sturdy and durable, promising to withstand accidents and frequent washes without deteriorating. To put it to the test, I conducted a warm water test for 20 minutes prior to use and washing. Not a single drop leaked through, confirming its waterproof capabilities and reliability. User Experience: Using this mattress protector has been great for my toddler. It has a comfortable and smooth top design which you could use by itself instead of layering with another bed sheet. The waterproof barrier provides peace of mind against spills and accidents. I can change the sheets easily and protect the mattress without worrying about heavy-wetter accidents leaking through.
