  • Best grill ever
Size: 700FB2
Absolutely best grill ever. It maintains a temperature without you constantly checking. It’s cheaper than charcoal to fuel because it only feeds what it needs to burn. Cooked some great steaks on it the first time I tried it.

  • Well built but missing grill plates!!!
Size: 500FB2
This is an awesome smoker unit. Its built like a tank and offers a lot of room to smoke items on. The unit showed up with the box battered from shipping, but the unit intact. The only problem was it showed up with no grill plates! I called Amazon and found out the unit is no longer made and I had to go directly to Pitt Boss for the missing parts. A five minute call and my parts order was complete, a proof of purchase was only needed and Pitt Boss had me covered. Awesome after sale service. ... show more

  • Pellets smokers are the way to go!
Size: 500FB2
Best smoker I have ever owned! So happy my son talked me into this! Pros: Easy to use. Like, seriously! Set it to the temp you want and it maintains it. Con’s: The only down fall to me is when you clean it, the bottom piece is so hard to come out. A horrible design. Also, only use Pit Boss pellets.

  • So far, so good
Size: 850FB2
Working good, so far. Tends to fluctuate a bit depending on ambient temperature, but nothing serious. I feel like it was a good buy for the money spent. Seems to be well-built.

  • Great pellet grill
Size: 500FB2
It was easy to assemble. Works great! Food comes out perfect. So moist and tender with just the right amount of smokey flavor.

  • Spend the extra money and buy a Traeger
Size: 500FB2
I bought this grill to use over Labor Day weekend. I put it together on Friday and found out it was missing the grates to cook on. I called the number and sure, they sent out replacement ones that will arrive in 10 to 14 days. So what should I do about Labor Day grilling? Not their problem. I bought replacement grates. Did they reimburse me? No. And they wouldn't. Fine. I'm angry but whatever. I grilled once. Covered it and put it away. Today, I tried to fire it up again and it would not start. Hold the power button and nothing. I tried a dozen times, using different outlets and extension cords. All the outlets worked (I checked). I call customer service. Apparently, I might have a faulty breaker. So they sent out another replacement part. I got it to start by resetting the breaker, but do I have to do this every time? Or do I have to take it apart to replace the breaker? What's going to happen next? Is it going to explode on my deck? I do not trust this grill as far as I can throw it. I trust the company even less. I have used their grill fewer times than I have had replacement parts sent to me. The product itself is clearly substandard. And their customer service policy is "well, you can return it for a refund". After I what, disassemble it, go out and buy packing materials, schlep it to the UPS store, and wait? No thanks. Like I said, spend a bit more and buy the Traeger. ... show more

  • Love my smoker
Size: 850FB2
Owned for 6 months and use it weekly. Cleaning is easy. Works great. 2 things to know. 1. If you can find one with Bluetooth that would be better. 2. The hopper isn’t super titled so you have to check on pellets fairly often. Other than that, works great!
