This is easily the best purchase I have made for my cats in a while. It acts as an all-in-one mouth cleaner and help clear up mild infections. It smells good and my cats have not had an issue with the taste at all, they seem to like it. The Zinc and Vitamin C help aid in gum repair and antiseptic action. Put a dab on your finger and rub or use a Q-Tip or cat toothbrush, it's that simple to use. I will give you the advice of putting it in the fridge when you do not use it and shaking it vigorously when you are about to use it. This was an inexpensive solution to what could have been a very expensive vet bill. Animal oral care is as important as human oral care so if you love your animals, treat them the way you would want to be. I could not imagine how painful a sepsis infection turning gangrenous and going to the brain would be for an animal that never had its mouth cleaned. It would be a grueling, painful and unnecessary situation that is easily solved with a product like this one. You dab it on the gums, they use their tongue to spread it around, so even if they do not want you in their mouth, you can still get in there. My younger kitty got an abscess when wheat grass stopped coming to the local market and I ran out of the usual green mouth cleaning treats I get them, so I decided after some research to kick it up a notch to this. I am not disappointed.

This WORKS! Use a small animal syringe to apply

I have used this for years, and the vets are always amazed at my 11 yr old cat's teeth. Before looking in his mouth, they ask if I brush his teeth (no), put anything in his water (no), give him regular dental cleanings (no). Then they look in his mouth and say,"OH! That's amazing! There's no gingivitis whatsoever!! How is this possible?" The application instructions are impossible on my cat. I use a CLEAN/sterile (boiling water), thin, pet medication syringe (have several from various medication treatments). Put it in the bottle with the plunger all the way down. Pull it up half way, STILL IN THE BOTTLE, press all the way down to get rid of the air bubble. Then pull up half way, take the syringe out of the bottle, and watch as I press out excess back into bottle until I get to .1 mL measurement. Insert in side of mouth, depress plunger fully, you are done (except for sterilizing the syringe). I do this every other day. Bottle lasts OVER a year in fridge from date opened before turning brown; in fact I have yet to see it turn brown, I get rid of it when it turns a dark green.

Great for my dogs and cat! Freshens breath and keeps their teeth clean. After the cost of deep cleanings for all of our pets it becomes overwhelmingly pricey! This helps in between!

Works and lasts longer than you’d think one small bottle would. It’s not tasteless though and the dogs don’t like it - but they prefer it to the wipes.

Recommended by my vet, but not my dog's favourite

My 10 year old dog has advanced periodontal disease and requires nightly toothpaste in addition to annual cleanings at the vet. Our vet recommended this brand by name and I've been using it for over a year now. I'm hopeful it helps some but he still gets a LOT of plaque, and does not like as much as other doggie toothpastes we've tried (his favorite is the Burt's Bees foam). For my part, I dislike how thin the liquid is. It's very hard to administer just a small drop so we go through it very quickly. Because of that, I have to keep this product on a regular order, only because my vet assures me it's the one to use. I wish this had more viscosity as I feel it would stay on my dog's teeth a little better that way. I will keep using it per my vet's recommendation regardless.
