Edit: changing my review due to Phrozen being on top of CS. Amazing CS was lousy but when Phrozen got back to me they helped me out. Machine still had to go back - but defects happen. How you handle them is critical. Amazon: L Phrozen: W I have a Sonic Mighty 8kS. Great. HOWEVER, this unit was delivered to me with a broken front screen. White line in the screen. Amazon and Phrozen both giving me the run-around, with each saying to contact the other for more than a week now. Neither will take the refund/exchange, so I guess it's go back to the bank and reverse charges.

This machine will fail right after the one year mark of you purchasing it. Zero issues until the warranty goes away. No i cant print 20% of the build plate without failures. Don't know why I trusted this company after I had similar issues with a smaller model.

Normally a great unit but two printers in a row have been uneven in leveling from the factory, and the vats have ripped on both causing resin to leak into the machine posing a fire risk
