I bought 1, returned it because prints were skewed, bought another and same thing, returned it. After much research, the Printer problem originates from the Motherboard, not firmware, not the printer itself. Those that were lucky to buy early, when the Printer shipped in the same box as the Ace Pro, are in the clear. This problem is Global, and all new K3M printers have this problem. Anycubic Support still has not acknowleged this as a problem, as it would be a Mass Recall. Skip this K3M printer until they replace all the Motherboards with the same motherboards as early models. ... show more

It’s a crapshoot got two prints both printed like crap poor quality do not waste your time and money.

This machine is not great. Customer service seems to want to help, but parts are 3-5 weeks away most the time The machine has spent more time waiting on parts to replace then running. Stay clear of them until they can get these things resolved.

I bought this on pre-order in January directly from Anycubic. To be honest, as a long time Bambu user I expected a step down in ease of use and functionality. I also have an Ender 3, a Tronxy x5sa and an Elegoo Neptune 4 max. After using this one I'm looking to sell the neptune. Out of box setup took a couple of hours, but that was while doing other things at the same time. First print was done 20 minutes after buuild was complete. I've been printing for 2 weeks on it now, a total of 199 hours and 26 minutes. Several prints without failure. Currently printing an epic articulated dragon from STLFlix at 200%. Body, head and tail are done and look awesome. Ran out of the filament I was using or the wings would be done now as well. So, to sum it up, This is not a step down from Bambu at all, I have the P1P and the A1 both combos. The ACE feels better than the AMS. Easier to load. The prints are as good if not better. To be honest, I like this one well enough I had been considering ordering a second AMS for my P1, instead I just now ordered a second ACE. ... show more
