Description

A shipping label printer is an essential tool for businesses and individuals who frequently send packages. Designed to streamline your shipping workflow, these dedicated printers produce clear, scannable labels quickly and efficiently, eliminating the need to cut and tape standard paper printouts. Most shipping label printers use direct thermal printing technology, meaning no ink or toner cartridges are required — just load the thermal label rolls and you're ready to go. Compatible with major shipping carriers and platforms, they make it easy to print postage and tracking labels right from your computer or mobile device. Compact and easy to set up, a shipping label printer fits neatly on any desk or packing station without taking up much space. Whether you run a small home-based shop or manage a high-volume fulfillment operation, a reliable shipping label printer can save you significant time and reduce errors. Look for models that support a variety of label sizes to handle everything from standard 4x6 inch shipping labels to smaller address or barcode labels.

    • Love this label printer !!!
Color: Black Set name: Label Printer
Fast, Easy to Use, compact space saving, and Works Great! I’ve been extremely impressed with this label printer! Setup was quick and easy, and the app is very simple to navigate. It has a lot more capabilities and customization options than I expected, which makes it useful for much more than just shipping labels. Printing is incredibly fast, the labels come out clear and professional, and I love being able to print wirelessly right from my phone. The app makes everything straightforward without a complicated learning curve. Overall, this has been an awesome purchase. It’s fast, convenient, versatile, and very user-friendly. If you’re looking for a reliable thermal label printer that’s easy to set up and use, I definitely recommend this one! ... show more

    • Surprising. Fast and Durable. Small and Compact
Color: Sliver Set name: Label Printer
I originally started using the PM-241-BT printer at work. I used it extensively and literally printed thousands of labels for inventory SKU's, products, locations, you name it. The printer just works. Super easy to use and setup. It is both USB and Bluetooth and works well either way. I purchased one for home and I am labeling everything. It is small and compact, easy to load labels in, prints super fast and compared to more expensive printers, it is an excellent value. Plus, the LableLife software is pretty easy to use. The new version is quite good and the technical support is very good. I had a problem connecting the printer to a new version of the software, resolved in a day. Pretty darn good! ... show more

    • Far more than a shipping printer—a classroom game changer!
Color: Black Set name: Label Printer
While the Phomemo 241BT is designed for shipping labels, it has become an essential tool in my classroom for printing instant, personalized student reward stickers. I pair it with the Phomemo 2-inch holographic circle labels, and the kids love them so much they now try to collect every color. The speed and reliability are outstanding—it prints accurately in seconds with zero hardware misprints. If a design ever prints slightly off-center, it is purely user error on my end in the app preview and takes just seconds to nudge and fix. Why it excels for teachers: Lightning-fast rewards: I keep several templates saved in the Phomemo app, personalize them with student names, and can print and distribute 20+ stickers in under 60 seconds. Supply management: Beyond incentives, it prints sharp, scannable barcodes and QR codes, making it effortless to catalog and track classroom supplies. Reliable Bluetooth connectivity, zero ink to buy, and incredible versatility. A must-have for any teacher's desk! ... show more

    • Fast, Easy, and Exactly What I Needed
Color: Black Set name: Label Printer
absolutely love this label printer. It’s incredibly fast and prints clean, professional-looking labels every time. The customizable options are especially useful—I can easily adjust the layout so the printed material is perfectly centered on each sticker, which is something I’ve always wanted from a label printer. Setup and everyday use are simple, and it has quickly become something I use all the time. Reliable, convenient, and genuinely useful. Definitely a five-star purchase! ... show more

    • Great little printer!
Color: Black Set name: Label Printer
Review Image by Ali
I sell on various second hand platforms and although I don’t make a ton of sales, it’s enough for me to want a label printer. In the past I would print out labels on my home printer and tape it to the package, but it started getting to a point where it would be cost/effort efficient if I were to just get a label printer. This one works amazing! I had no issues connecting with the app and the app is very intuitive to use. It also prints SUPER fast! I haven’t had any problems with misprints or jams and I don’t see myself having any in the future. If you’re on the fence, I’d say get this! ... show more

    • Good printer! But you don’t have to subscribe to print 😊
Color: Black Set name: Label Printer

UPDATE: When you first start using this you will be using a “FREE TRIAL” of the full software. That is not made clear to you at all and is very confusing 🫤 when suddenly you can no longer print unless you subscribe. Of course, I was angry, so I gave the product a bad review. I tried getting other software to link to the printer to no avail. Then I went back to the original software to see if there was any way around subscribing to a monthly or yearly fee. There is! Yes, you get limited fonts and other features, but you can still print. The most frustrating part is not being able to print many of the things that I previously created because they were created using “paid” items. But the printer itself works great! It offers you the ability to print a variety of different sizes and does a very good job. My suggestion to the provider is that they make the buyer aware up front of this software issue so that it is not a surprise to avoid any bad reviews like I gave below. DON’T BUY THIS!! I would give this “0” stars if it were an option, not because it doesn’t work wonderfully, but because after you have used it just past the return date you get a message that tells you “subscribe” in order to print anything else!! So you are screwed! You either choose to pay them $70/year or $10/month for their subscription plan or you can no longer print anything! And of course because it has worked so wonderful you’ve bought dozens of different styles of thermal labels. THAT YOU CANNOT PRINT ON!! Of course they don’t tell you ANYTHING about that when you first start of when you are considering buying it! ... show more

    • Love it (but wish auto alignment was better)
Color: Pink Set name: Label Printer
I'm glad that I bought this printer, it was affordable (around $70 in 2026) & the pink color is super cute. This is the third printer that I have purchased & so far it's the best. Another huge selling point is that I can keyword search "Rollo" or other popular brands for labels & I get several compatible options. So far, the only negative is the alignment: I end up wasting sticker labels each time I print something (because the machine doesn't do a great job of auto identifying the label size). I always have to do one or two test prints, then manually adjust the layout accordingly. Technically, I can save a file to go back & edit, but that only works if the character # is relatively close. Despite 4/5 stars, after printing close to 1,000 labels I can say I would recommend this machine. That last star is only to highlight the alignment issue. ... show more
