I wanted a shipping label printer for home so that I didn't have to continually ask the shipping department at my work to print labels for online returns. This printer was very easy to set up. Simply downloaded the Labelife app, and the app found the printer via bluetooth. If the label you want to print is a pdf, or an image saved on your phone, then they are easy to import into the app. Then you are able to crop, rotate, resize them and print them very quickly. I have an Android phone, and my uses an iPhone. We were both able to install the Labelife app and print barcode label in less than 5 minutes after taking the printer out of the box.. I also installed the printer over USB to my iMac home computer. Once I did that I was able to share the printer over our home WiFi network and then we can print labels from any computer or device on the network. I think this printer is better, and more flexible (because of the bluetooth) than the printer we have at work. I am thinking about getting a 2nd printer for our work shipping department. Overall a very nice printer if you want to print barcode shipping labels. ... show more

I bought this printer on April 25th. It quit working three days ago on July 19th. We get a flashing red light and nothing we do fixes it. Very unhappy that I have to buy another thermal printer.

This printer works AMAZING I have always used Dymo and this one works just as good for 1/8th the price. My only issue is the software set up portion. WOW was it a pain, and I’m an huge tech guy. After downloading the drivers your computer will make you jump through hoops just to find the printer let alone connect to it. I tried hard lining it as well as Bluetooth. Both proved to be difficult from a desktop and my Laptop. Other than that I’ve printed over 100 labels and it’s AMAZING. ... show more

Pros: Prints quickly and clearly with a high-resolution. Cons: A little tricky to assemble. I find it easier to print labels by saving the labels to my phone, and using the labels using the Label Life app, adjusting the label size and printing using the bluetooth feature.

Easy to use app for printing and worked great until it just stopped working randomly after 9 months. It implies that there is a paper jam/no paper but after trying to fix nothing works. Love that I can keep the roll inside/neat. Kind of loud but not too bad and I can look past it. Disappointed that it didn’t last longer but I’m Considering repurchasing after trying another printer and not liking their app compared to this one. ... show more
