Loved the boots, they're super cute, and exactly what I wanted for Faster Horses Festival. They would be 5 stars however they run very big. I wear a big kids size 6 (6Y) in *everything* sneakers, sandals, winter boots, rain boots, you get what I'm getting at. Sadly, I was fighting to keep them on my feet all day, they were so big! I ordered my usual size since that's what the reviews were saying for the most part. I ended up with massive blisters all over my feet from trying to keep them on. I was a little hesitant based on the reviews, but I needed something for my daughter to wear for a week of horse camp and these ended up working perfectly and held up for five days of full day camp. I wasn’t sure when she would need this type of boot again and the alternative was spending $150 for real riding boots. These did the job, held up, and I don’t mind if she grows out of them before she gets to wear them again. They seem true to size but the toes are pretty narrow. They were a little uncomfortable at first around the ankle but that was solved with some thick wool socks. No blisters, the pleather didn’t scuff off, and the sole stayed intact. Tiny bit of wear around the edges but they seem like they would hold up for several more weeks. Good affordable boot if you don’t need to wear them forever.
