This automatic cat litter box is a necessity for all cat owners. I recently have 3 kittens and this makes taking care of their litter and discard so easy. The litter box is easy to setup and is a very compact shape that fit easily around the house. The power wire is pretty long as well which is a nice bonus if the outlet is farther away. It makes it easy for the kitten to climb into the litter box with the added steps. My kittens picked up on this machine instantly and started using it right away. It automatically picks up that a kitten is inside the machine and then starts working a few minutes after the kitten leaves to empty the waste into the under basket before returning the waste-free litter back to the litter area. I empty it twice a week for 3 kittens, but it can be less for fewer cats. For the price, this is a great automatic litter box compared to other, more expensive ones. This one just works and does the job well so far and I would recommend.

We have owned a pet pivot for about 3 years now and just bought one for my mom. I can not say enough good things. It works flawlessly and has made it so there is absolutely no odors. I was skeptical at first because it is is so much cheaper than the other automatic litter boxes, but it is a well designed machine that does exactly what it needs to. Only feedback, and this is on a different model is that I wish it had some way of notifying when the bin is getting full other than licking and preventing usage. In reality, if you just take it out every few days that is not a problem. I will never go back to scooping a litter box again!

I really like the concept of this automatic litter box. The open-top design is much better than fully enclosed ones, and my cat was able to get used to it after a few days. The cleaning function works most of the time and it definitely saves me from scooping litter every day. However, there are a few things that could be improved. The inside space feels a little small, especially for larger cats. Sometimes litter gets stuck and I still need to clean the drum manually. The waste drawer could also be designed better to control odors. Overall, it is a convenient product and works better than a traditional litter box, but I expected a little more for the price. It is good for small to medium-sized cats, but I think bigger cats may need a larger model.

We previously were using an automatic litter box that needed WiFi to work. Every time the WiFi went down, even for a few seconds, the litter box had to be reset. Sometimes I wouldn’t remember to reset, and kitty mess wouldn’t be cleaned until I noticed and since it was enclosed, that might be several days. This one works without WiFi, is smaller than the enclosed automatic one we had before so easier to access to add litter and clean. And no buildup of mess because it works every time.

We are liking it so far, but sometimes it doesn't fully coat the waste in litter so the tray stinks after just one use. We lined the bag with baking soda and it helped. We change the bag each morning and it is going great with 2 cats.

i have 3 cats all very large one is 16 one is 15 and one is about 3 i have had a litter robot for about 8 years when it works it was great it is down more than it workd lot LOTS of maintaince and very pricey it became to hard for the older one as she can barly move her hind legs so i got an regulare litter box with low entry so i saw this one and thought i will give it a go the price is great only complaint is the step could be biger i went to walmart to the craft part got a plaque taped the waffle stuff to it and tapedit to the step and put a kids step for ikea in front and under that an it works great they ALL use it highly would recamened and very quit

I really wanted to like this automatic litter box, but the performance is disappointing. The cleaning mechanism is a bit slow and sometimes gets stuck during the cleaning cycle. It doesn’t operate as smoothly as expected, and I often have to check or restart it. Not worth the money.
