The media could not be loaded. I have been using an older Litter-Robot 3 for many years, the version without the camera, and it has held up extremely well over time. It is still working after years of daily use, which really says a lot. Since I have multiple cats, I recently decided to add the PETLIBRO Luma. I wanted a second automatic unit and was especially interested in the AI tracking features for a multi-cat household. The setup process was very straightforward. The instructions were clear, and connecting to the app only took a few minutes. Once everything was up and running, the cleaning cycles worked smoothly. It automatically runs after each use and so far has been consistent and reliable. My cats adjusted to it very quickly. I was slightly concerned about introducing a new machine since cats can be picky, but the open-top design seems to feel natural and not intimidating. It is spacious and easy for them to enter and exit. The AI camera and multi-cat recognition feature was one of the main reasons I chose this model. In a home with several cats, being able to monitor litter box usage is helpful for tracking health patterns. The recognition is not perfect every single time. Occasionally it does not correctly identify which cat used the box. However, it still provides useful overall data and trends, which is valuable in a multi-cat environment. Since these machines are not inexpensive, durability is important to me. My older Litter-Robot 3 has lasted for years, so my biggest hope is that this unit will also hold up long term. So far, the build quality feels solid and performance has been consistent. It looks promising and I am satisfied with the purchase. If it continues performing this way over time, I will consider it a worthwhile investment for a multi-cat household.

My cat adjusted to it surprisingly quickly and started using it on the first day without any issues. The enclosed design helps a lot with odor control — the room smells noticeably better compared to before. Cleaning is also easier and less messy, which saves me time. The noise level is reasonable and hasn’t scared my cat. It does take up a bit of space, so I’d recommend checking the dimensions before buying. Other than that, it’s been working reliably and feels well made. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase and think it’s a good option if you’re looking for a low-maintenance litter box for one cat.

It’s loud, and more than once, I’ve seen it start cycling while she was trying to get in. Thank goodness I was home to stop it. I don’t trust this thing. App is Useless: The app is just a way for the company to spam me with "error" notifications. It doesn't help with anything. This machine is a luxury product that does a worse job than a manual scooper. Save your money. Do not buy!

life been made easy since i bought this and 3 of my cats. do not have to deal with scooping the poo every time. very hygienic. only little problem is, if your cats start jumping out, the litter does come out of the - so trying to get a solution for this as 3 of my cats are very hyper. overall though, very easy to setup as well, with little noise - but you wont notice it even. but its a bit of an expense to buy the plastic throw bags long term.

We had purchased the Petlibro to replace a different brand in March 2025 that quit working after just a few months. We loved our Petlibro automatic feeder, so thought we would give the automatic litter box a try. We are obsessed. It works quietly and we never have a smell from the litter box. The waste container is larger enough to go way over a week without having to change it. When it is time to empty it, it is so simple, just remove the disposable bag, tie it up and dispose of it. I wish I had bought this one the first time.
