I have two cats, and scooping litter was honestly my least favorite chore. This litter box has been a game changer. My cat has a new favorite litter box. this is easy to clean. i'm switching over from a litter robot 5 and i hated cleaning that. Cleaning this just means wiping it down and takes less than 5 minutes. When you pull the litter tray out, pull it out slowly or else you'll clip any clumps at the top and rub cat litter clumps at the top of the slide out area. App works great, I have the ai subscription. Sometimes it gets confused with pee versus poo, but I would say its about 90% accurate. Odor control is impressive, i can turn it on if my cat made a stinky, but other than that i don't smell any issues. The litter box does a great job covering the litter, I have enabled the setting to make sure the globe rocks the poop until its covered. This feature has prevented so many poop stains from being on the globe, thereby making maintenance a lot easier. Basically these features make the litter box easy to maintain. ... show more

This is the perfect before and after picture. It’s totally a big upgrade for them. We used to vacuum every day for the litter that they kicked out, but with the petlibro robot, we don’t have to clean up litter anymore, thank goodness. It doesn’t have the poop smells anymore, and we don’t have to scoop poop everyday now. It’s just as simple as taking out the trash. The litter box itself is genuinely impressive, has a solid build, works as advertised. My only hardware complaint is that it struggled to differentiate between my two cats and kept resetting their weights, which made the health tracking unreliable. The real problem is the app and subscription. There is no way to cancel your free trial or subscription from within the app. None. For a product at this price point that locks most of its useful features behind a paid subscription, that's unacceptable. I've been fighting with their support team for two weeks over email trying to get this resolved and I'm still seeing charge attempts hit my account. I had to do a stop payment just to protect myself. Two weeks of back-and-forth with no resolution on something as basic as "please stop charging me." If you're going to sell a premium litter box and then charge a recurring subscription for the features that make it worth buying, the absolute minimum you owe your customers is a cancel button. This isn't a technical limitation, it's a choice. The hardware deserves 4 stars. The business practices deserve zero. There's no chat or phone for support either, only email. ... show more

So far so good with this. Very happy with the purchase. Right now I have 2 cats one seems to have taken right to it, while the other (who can be a jerk anyway) seems to be holding out to the bitter end. It has helped me tremendously on my business trips, and I don't feel like I have to walk off the plane and into a smell. It's very easy to set up and program and works like it was advertised. Definitely worth the money. Would be nice if you didn't have to subscribe to the additional AI options but these aren't prize winning cats so I am not paying for the subscription. It sends a notice to my phone and lets me know when there is a cat inside and when the cleaning is completed. You can also clean from your phone. The disposal tray holds for about a week which is good for what I need, and I have also saved in litter use, not nearly as much gets wasted. ... show more

I just have to leave a review and talk about how amazing this product is! I have multiple cats at home, so scooping litter has always been a never-ending chore, and the constant cat smell throughout the whole house was a massive problem. However, since switching to this product, everything has changed. The best part for me is how completely odor-free it is. I honestly smell absolutely nothing—even right after my cats poop! UPDATE! Contacted customer service and they responded quickly and sent new box!! Great costumer service! New one is running perfectly! Cats have been using the litter box for less than a week and it’s been running perfect! Now it won’t connect to WIFI and is getting stuck in cleaning process! Sending it back, way too much money for this nonsense! This is our second robot litter box. The other one is basic but does a great job keeping things clean and odor free. The PETLIBRO was twice the price and well worth the extra money. We are so impressed with the information it shares including the weight of cats. Wish we would have had this for our elderly cat when he was sick, it would have alerted us to many factors that would have helped us help him. My only complaint is the step stool added with the litter box, is too short and slippery. I bought a different one on Amazon which was no big deal. It runs perfect, we’ve had for 5 days and no regrets! May replace the older model soon with another PETLIBRO!! ... show more

I just received this litter box, and my cat was all over it before I even finished getting it ready. The assembly was incredibly straightforward, and the manual was super clear and easy to follow. I was fully expecting my cat to be intimidated by the machine and thought it would take weeks for her to get used to it, but it was the exact opposite.
