Looks Pretty and high-end, I’m happy, my cat seems even happier —digs around in her litter with more enthusiasm now.☺️ I sat next to my cat and watched how the litter box ran. It gives the cat enough time and space to get out before cleaning starts, which made me feel SO much better and safer. And it cleans incredibly well (better than I do, I won’t lie lol). The litter I use is fine-grained, sometimes forming tiny clumps that are annoying to scoop manually, and somehow this litter box gets all of them out! And there is basically NO smell. I’ve bought deodorizing products before that didn’t work nearly this well. If you went by smell alone, you wouldn’t even know there was a litter box in the room. And the app is great, I am able to track my cat's pee and poop health, and yes, watch the little videos of her going to the bathroom, I am a stalker of my little cutie.🥰😼 My cat is VERY particular. She used to wake me up meowing, lead me to her litter box, and literally watch me scoop it before she would use it. Now she has clean litter whenever she wants. My little girl deserves that, and I get to enjoy mornings without scooping :D Even the small details feel thoughtful for both cats and humans: the step makes it easier for my cat to get in and out, the instruction is clear, and the setup was super smooth, even the huge shipping box is designed to be easy to move around! This is superior to the original litter robot. I had the other brand for 6 months. The Petlibro is better for many reasons: My cats like the open style, the video and features are great. Cleaning this robot takes only 15 mins. The carbon filter actually works and the clumps don’t fall through an open hole that releases the scent all through the house- the clumps go through a door that shuts after, concealing the scent. In the other robot I was constantly wiping the inside and clumps would stick to the rubber membrane- 3x’s a day I was cleaning the inside like a slave. The Petlibro has a superior membrane of a better material and the litter clumps don’t stick to it. I have 2 cats 🐈 so I empty the drawer every 3rd day and do nothing else. I was gonna give up entirely on the auto litter boxes because the other brand was so faulty- but I’m happy I tried this one because my cats love it and I’m not scooping. It’s a better price and comes with accessories- not all sold separately like the other brand. Anyone on the market for an auto litter boxes should start here. You won’t regret it.

This is a simple product, but it has made feeding time much less messy. The mat is very soft and flexible, and the size works well for both the food and water bowls. Any crumbs or spilled water stay on the mat and are easy to clean up. I would definitely buy it again.

I own multiple PETLIBRO products, including the Luma litter box and automatic feeders. While I generally like the hardware, there is one major design flaw that I think every potential buyer should know about: PETLIBRO devices are far too dependent on PETLIBRO’s cloud services. There does not appear to be a true offline/local mode that allows these devices to reliably perform their essential functions independently of PETLIBRO’s servers. When PETLIBRO’s cloud service experiences an outage, it isn’t just the app or remote features that are affected. Essential functionality of the actual devices can become unavailable as well. This is especially concerning for products such as automatic feeders and litter boxes, which people purchase specifically because they expect them to perform basic automated tasks reliably. A smart pet device should not require a working connection to the manufacturer’s cloud just to perform its core local functions. The cloud should be needed for things like remote control, notifications, history, and syncing — not for the device’s basic operation. For example, an automatic feeder should retain its feeding schedule locally and dispense food on schedule even if the internet or PETLIBRO’s servers are unavailable. A litter box should still be able to run its normal cleaning cycles locally. Once connectivity returns, the devices can simply sync their data back to the cloud. This is particularly frustrating because I have invested in multiple PETLIBRO products. Having several devices from the same ecosystem actually makes the problem worse: one cloud outage can potentially affect multiple essential pet-care devices at the same time. PETLIBRO really needs to implement a proper offline/local fallback mode and store essential schedules and automation logic on the devices themselves. Until that happens, I cannot consider these products fully reliable for unattended pet care. Hardware quality and app features don’t matter nearly as much if a cloud outage can prevent the devices from doing the basic jobs they were purchased to do.

Litter Box Unboxing: The overall packaging was very tight and secure, almost entirely wrapped in foam boards, so there was no problem with shipping. The unpacking process was also very thoughtful, using a bottom-opening mechanism to open the lid from the bottom up. Therefore, there's no need to worry about not having enough strength to pull the litter box out of a deep box. The unpacking experience was very comfortable and effortless. Litter Box Setup: Setting it up is very convenient. Simply put on the litter bag, place the air filter, and add your usual cat litter. What I find particularly good is that this litter box can use any type of cat litter, whether it's mineral litter or tofu litter, and there's no requirement to use a specific brand. So I don't have to worry about buying a specific type of litter after buying the litter box; my old tofu litter can be used directly. Litter Box and App Usage: This litter box is one of the larger ones I've seen on the market. My two older cats had no problem fitting in comfortably. Furthermore, since my two youngest cats have short legs, the built-in step of the litter box is perfect for them. I don't have to worry about them being too tall to use the litter box. The litter box app is incredibly smart and user-friendly. It features a high-definition camera to monitor the litter box's interior in real-time, and it also has manual functions for deodorizing and smoothing the litter. Cleaning the litter is very quiet, almost inaudible, so I don't have to worry about scaring my cats. Another aspect is the biggest concern: the risk of the litter box getting stuck. It uses a semi-open ball-filled design, virtually eliminating the possibility of a cat getting caught. The intelligent recognition function is also incredibly precise; even when I tried to put my finger on it during automatic cleaning, it immediately stopped. The safety measures are truly impeccable. This completely eliminated my worries about my cat getting hurt before buying the automatic litter box. The AI function of their litter box is one of the main reasons I decided to buy it. The litter box app allows you to add information and photos of all your cats. Through AI learning and automatic recognition, it can detect and identify the frequency and pattern of each cat's daily bowel movements. This solved one of my biggest pain points. My eldest cat sometimes skips a day to poop (sometimes even two days; we took her to the vet, but they didn't say anything seriously wrong—some kittens just don't want to poop every day). But as a responsible parent, I still worried about whether she was pooping properly each day. Before we had our second cat, I knew that if she didn't poop the previous day, I would give her some treats to help with digestion and pooping the next day. But after our second cat came, I couldn't tell if my eldest had pooped each day. This litter box directly solved this problem, and I can finally monitor both cats' pooping every day, greatly relieving my anxiety. My favorite feature is that this litter box can weigh the cats!!! This is so useful! My eldest and second cat are always uncooperative when weighed, and trying to weigh them properly always results in chaos. With this feature, the app can directly display the cat's daily weight, which is a form of scientific cat (and pig) raising. At the same time, this litter box has solved my anxiety when I'm occasionally away from home. Before, when I was away for a few days, I had to prepare several extra cardboard boxes, worried they wouldn't have a place to poop. With this litter box, with its super-large capacity, I don't need to prepare so many boxes every time I'm away for a few days.

So far so good with this. Very happy with the purchase. Right now I have 2 cats one seems to have taken right to it, while the other (who can be a jerk anyway) seems to be holding out to the bitter end. It has helped me tremendously on my business trips, and I don't feel like I have to walk off the plane and into a smell. It's very easy to set up and program and works like it was advertised. Definitely worth the money. Would be nice if you didn't have to subscribe to the additional AI options but these aren't prize winning cats so I am not paying for the subscription. It sends a notice to my phone and lets me know when there is a cat inside and when the cleaning is completed. You can also clean from your phone. The disposal tray holds for about a week which is good for what I need, and I have also saved in litter use, not nearly as much gets wasted.

Love the litter box it’s quiet and both cats took to it almost immediately. The odor control is pretty decent, although my last litter box was top entry and i felt that was a bit better. The waste basket fits a lot of waste for 2 cats - I change it maybe every 9ish days and the size is perfect for small apartment. The actual dome itself is also decently sized and my cats have had no issue with it (both cats are under 10lbs though). The only thing is since there’s no cover where the entry is, if you have a cat like mine, that kicks up litter everywhere, you will wake up to a mess every morning. For some reason though she only does it early in the morning not during the day or evening (maybe it’s because i’m not watching lol). Theres also a camera in there (obvi to record) which I really appreciate, just know it collects both video AND audio so if you have the storage subscription, keep that in mind. The auto sensing is pro and con for me, pro because it will automatically stop the cleaning cycle when a cat is nearby, con because my cat likes to watch so it’ll sometimes be stopped for like 20 minutes. same if i’m just walking by or vacuuming. The major cons are, of course with the WIFI enabled tech. Sometimes it doesn’t connect for the firmware update and I have to completely disconnect and reconnect the device. And there was a few days a couple of weeks ago where Perlibro went completely offline so you couldn’t make any in app adjustments. The only semi positive to that is most of the data with petlibro is stored on the device so reconnecting is easy. The AI subscription you HAVE to purchase in order to use 85% of the functionality of the litter box has been annoying because most days I have to go in and manually make adjustments to the cat data (i have 2 tabby’s and it can’t tell the difference sometimes) or the waste identification (mislabeling pee as poop). All in all, I bought this because I wanted to be as minimally involved as possible with the litter situation in my household and while some new problems have come up, I don’t have to scoop every day and my cats are happy so that’s all that matters.

LOVE LOVE LOVE. i have spent over $500 on three different automatic litter boxes the last few years (funds were just a wee bit tight. i wish i just saved a bit to get this one from the get go. my chunky girl has no problem using this box (she sometimes has really bad aim). little one loves it. i get notifications everytime one uses, it cleans itself or if there may be something blocking it! i did decide to pay the subscription- im nosey and also going to be moving in with my brother/sister so this thing being able to register up to 10 cats (there will be 6 in the house hold) is going to be life changing (esp with two orange boys)
