The setup looked complicated but it came with all the screws and tools needed to assembly. I started with the base and added one piece at a time until I reached the top Each arm can be tighten down separated to keep the monitors in any way you prefer. If I ever need a 2rd screen I may look into another but for the time being I am happy. ... show more

So far its good I always look at the bad reviews first and I was scared this was a waste of time to try but it fit my pole... I belive the diameter of the pole is 35 or 38 it wasnt on the listing and ai didnt have the info lol i have a 34 inch ultrawide monitor and I wss worried abt it but its only 13lbs without a stand so I tried it and it works surprisingly well the spring holds it fine and with enough muscle u can get it to hold on the angle adapter as well so its slighty adjustable overall its 5 stars ill update later! ... show more

    • Cheap and not able to adjust tension.
For me this is complete junk. There is no tension adjustment ant when moving arm down the cheep plastic peg that the arm sits on broke. I had it for 10 minutes. Buy anything but this. Or if you need an arm that you can't move touch or adjust without breaking, then this could be a good choice for you. but not for me. I expected this to be cheap because it was cheap, just not this cheap. ... show more
