I've only had this a few days, so these are my initial impressions, but this is a great little elliptical machine. Assembly was pretty simple, you just have to attach the two foot pieces and the front legs and the rear plate, it took me all of 15 minutes. I will say that the machine is heavy once it's assembled, but it's not anything I can't handle. I did order the mat that they have shown as a bundle, it's a good thing I did, I have unfinished hardwood floors, and this thing slides around. The motion is very smooth, the machine very quiet. It did squeak under the little rubber wheels where it meets the rear plate, but I just used the grease that comes with it and it's fine. You have to put the lubricant on the plate in the area where the rubber wheel runs. The pictures show people using it while sitting on their couch, I am using a regular dining room wooden chair instead. Using it on my couch puts me in an odd position, and because of my mobility issues, makes it hard to keep my feet on the pedals, they slide forward. I actually use the machine backwards with the little indicator upside down, it seems to give me a little more resistance when I use it. I will sit and watch TV and don't even realize that I've pedaled for an hour, it's that easy and pain free. I try to speed up during the commercials to give me a little bit of a boost and can really feel it. This will be easy for me to keep up with for an exercise regimen. Even with my arthritis and bad ankles, I can use this and can actually feel the difference in my joints and mobility, even after only the few days I've had it. I'd recommend this machine to anyone with mobility issues that still want to get some sort of exercise without doing more damage to themselves.

The media could not be loaded. It's pretty quiet. Easy to assemble. It is a little heavy, but it should be so you do not fall. You can use it standing and sitting. Love it!

I am a big fan of this elliptical. I bought so I can keep my step count up through the winter, now that it's getting too cold to run outside. It was easy to put together, it doesn't take up a lot of space, and it's light enough for me to be able to pick up and move around. It's a little squeaky, but when I've got my headphones in I don't really think about it. Hoping I can fix it with some WD40. 🤞

This is fine if you just want to keep it under your desk for a little movement, but it’s not even close to exercise. I had high hopes I could use this as I work from home for a little extra activity during boring meetings. First, the resistance is basically nonexistent. Secondly, it’s a circular motion, not elliptical, which is harder on knees. Finally, I only used it for a couple of days and the foam under the pedals where the wheels run had already started to wear out. I tried to use this standing, but it just wasn’t well suited for that; the motion was clunky at best. I’m fairly fit…maybe my expectations were too high. I returned it and ordered a walking pad. Waste of time for most people.

I’m really happy with this purchase! I work from home at a desk job and wanted something to allow me to exercise while I work, but I wasn’t quite ready to invest in an under-desk treadmill. This was such a great and affordable option. It’s awesome because I have a convertible standing desk, and I can use this both when I’m standing and when I’m sitting in my desk chair. I will say that I don’t think this would be ideal for an intense workout (i.e. if you’re looking to buy this as an alternative to a stationary bike), but it’s amazing for low impact exercise while working or doing other things. Also, I saw a lot of reviews for products like this potentially being squeaky or low quality, and neither of those has been an issue for me. This definitely did squeak when I first assembled it, but the product includes a lubricant for this reason - I followed the instructions and applied some under the wheels, and the squeaking was gone immediately. This is also nice and heavy, so it won’t move around while you use it.

I thought this would be a great way to get some cardio at home during the pandemic. Seemed to do the job for me but after about a year of using this I developed a very painful case of metatarsalgia. Even though the pictures show that you can use this standing up, I believe this injured me because if you use this while standing, you need to lean forward to keep your balance since there are no handles to hold on to like an elliptical at a gym would have. But leaning forward puts too much weight and pressure on the toes and the balls of your feet basically causing you to run as if you are wearing high heel shoes. Doing this long term is very bad for your feet. Unfortunately I didn’t realize this until it was too late and I started experiencing random moments of sharp pain in the front of my feet. I couldn’t even go for a short walk around my neighborhood anymore without being in extreme pain. The only reason I know this mini-elliptical is the reason for this is because the pain became far less extreme when I decided to stop using it. But even after I stopped using this, the damage seems permanent and I still occasionally get this pain if I walk for too long when I am out. This was never something I experienced before I started using this machine. I am sharing this story in hopes that I can prevent this from happening to other people. You might be fine if you only use this in a sitting position since you wont be putting as much weight on the balls of your feet but please do not use this standing up.
