On opening the package I saw the fan was not what was pitchered (please stop doing that). It was black instead of the whitfield gray, and didn't have a whitfield label. I was worried this was a cheap replacement fan, similar to the one i replaced on the stove that was loud and failed in only 3 years. *** But no! This is the true replacement, not a cheap version, so listen, this is worth the extra $$$. All metal fan and internal parts (instead of a plastic fan like the cheap one i bought before).
