I've been wanting to write this review for awhile... So let's you and I break things down and learn together. Number 1: This is very good unit so far. It's a powehouse compared to others I've used. Keep in mind when you buy a "portable steam generator" they aren't generally made to last. From doing my research,.. on average, with daily use, you might get 6 months on average if you are lucky. So go in with that expectation when buying these things and prepare to replace as needed. Number 2: Like you,... most likely you are looking at wattage, how big a tank etc... like me you're looking for something that generates a lot of heat (or as much as possible) but don't break the bank right??? Well,... this is what a lot don't tell you. You can have the hottest unit/generator but if your output or steam flow is small, it doesn't matter! Case in point. Do you see the picture I posted with the tubes? ...you notice something? The one on the left is the tubing you would find in probably 90% of the generators out there. The tube on the right is this unit (almost double). Like hooking up a straw to a fire hydrant. Lots of heat capability, but if you can't move that heat, what's the point???? This unit has almost double the flow of those other ones and let me tell you, YOU-CAN-TELL. Numero 3: This has a big water tank, which is good for long sessions. With other ones I bought you'd have to fill it or it would shut off because it ran out of water just when things were just getting hot enough. Also, you'll notice I put a little cookie sheet below mine. Now I like that fact that it has an auto shut off and has all the safety features it claims which I nice since I don't want to burn alive in a sauna naked. That's now how I want to be remembered as my last moments. But reading from other units as an added safety precaution someone said that if it wasn't for thr cookie sheet, there house would have burned down. This units has no problems of course, but I like the extra reassurance (my gift to you.) Lastly, Number 4: Customer service was very good! I was looking for a replacement part and they sent it right away with no problem. Very responsive and a good to work with. Overall, a very good buy, and if and when the unit takes its last breath, I'll buy another one if this dealer still sells it and it maintains the same quality. If you are hesitant, don't it's a one of the best (if not thee best) out there for the price.

Does not last, do not buy
Does not last. Do not buy. Same product has lasted less than 4 months, twice! Impossible to contact seller. Stated warranty is useless.

Great Compact Home Sauna for Relaxation
Great home sauna for relaxing after a long day. It heats up quickly and is easy to set up and fold away. The size is comfortable and the steam feels very soothing. I use it a few times and it helps me unwind and sweat out stress. Good value for home use.

Doesnt get very hot
It works but I'm not impressed. I bought a steam tent that worked great but the steamer went out after 5 uses so I bought this to replace it. I went with this because of the larger pot & its 1500w compared to the 1000w I had. After 20 mins of heating up on full power, I got in. I immediately noticed it wasn't as hot as the last one. After an hour, it never got over 98°F. With it being larger & having bigger tubes than the last, I had high hopes but I'll probably just return it & find another

Hi-heat with a quickness!!!!
So far, hands-down the best sauna steamer. The one that came with the sauna from Dam’s went out after only 2-months of use. The replacement one didn’t heat up as high as we wanted. This one is “IT”. Heats up fast and puts out high heat steam. I highly recommend this sauna steamer, and if you do spend the extra money and get the warranty. If/when this one goes out, I’d buy another one for the price.

Doesn't last long - no way to reach manufacturer- Asurion doesn't honor warranty
Purchased in August of 2025. Was initially happy with the steam output compared to others then like the others it stopped working suddenly in February of 2026 after the inner grated piece fell into the unit while adding water. I intentionally purchased a 2 YEAR asurion warranty for this given my previous bad luck with another unit. When I went to file a claim, Asurion said that it was still covered under the manufacturer warranty and to contact them. The problem is there is nothing on the unit itself that has manufactuer info other than - made in china. and I no longer have the box. Super dissapointed. Do not purchase Amazon asurion warranty. they also refuse to cover the bike storage tent.

Sauna Steamer
1. The nozzle piece on the lid of the steamer is much, much better than the three previous steamer purchased. 2. The circumference of the TUBES that connects from the steamer to the tent, and from inside of tent to the the plastic tray are much larger, giving you more steam in the tent. 3. Apply some type of lubricant on the circular rubber piece that sits atop of the metal container so it closes easier. otherwise if it comes loose steams escapes and compromises the steamer. 4. Do not use the lid handle to close and or open the lid. My three previous snapped. close/open by pressing down on the flat of the lid and spin to seal/open. 5. I haven't purchased a thermostat so can't say how hot it gets, but it gets quite hot inside the tent. THIS STEAMER HAS BROUGHT A SMILE BACK TO MY FACE. my recommendation if you're in the market for the tent would be to purchase a tent thts not a 6ft tent. Heat, as you know rises. ive rigged mine so that all of the heat is concentrated at seat level. My one recommendation if you're looking
