The product is big and my rabbits love it, but the back panels are so weak I had to nail an extra board over it, because they could chew right through it. Not just that some of the pieces arrived broken and I had to fix it with tools I have, as well as I got the wrong parts so I ended up having to go to the store and get more boards to fix what they didn't give me. But that's really my only issues they need to exchange the panels for real wood, this is a hutch that goes outside wild animals and the rabbits themselves can rip right into that weak panel, and cost someone their pet's life. ... show more

The product is as pictured, well made, and easy to assemble. We did not receive our item within the delivery time and upon following up with the seller, the item had been lost in shipment. The seller responded extremely quickly (within hours on a Sunday) and immediately sent us a replacement. The replacement came with a few slightly messed up parts that were easy to fix on our own. Was a lot more space inside than I thought there would be. We have 2 large bunnies and were updating them to a bigger home. They love this one, you can tell and they play more and are friendlier since we got this bigger home for them. Only complaint was the roof came with the side broken off but luckily was just a piece for looks, did not effect them from escaping. Also this does not come with a bottom piece. Bunnies dig so we put a small holed fence under the cage to make sure nothing would escape or get into their cage but so poop could still fall through. I built this for our two rabbits. Two pieces, both for the roof, arrived broken and required glue and brad nails to fix. Overall okay for two rabbits but wouldn’t use for more unless they are Netherlandish dwarf sized. Not sure how long term stable it will be but it’s ok for now.

Just put it together and noticed a lot of the pieces came splintered or scuffed. Looks nice once set up let’s see if it serves its purpose….. Update!! Had it 6 months and it’s falling apart!! Not withstanding of weather!!! Not worth the $$$
