Good rack at a reasonable price. I drove about 400 miles the last few days with this rack loaded with a 65 Lbs. Aventon ebike. Very solid ride, no problems at all.

As mentioned by other reviews the instructions are a little vague, if you have IKEA experience and take your time it actually not all that bad. Tip- When you install a bolt/nut and pin/ cotter dual holes, it is best to install the pin / cotter first then the bolt / nut. The alignment is easier. The anti-sway insert seems to do a good job at stablizing the entire carrier. For a road test we loaded a Mt. Bike onto the carrier on the truck, my wife drove the truck and I followed close behind and observed. It took the bumps well, the most movement was on sharp turns. We have not taken it on any long trips yet. The fold up mechanism is not all that smooth, but adequate. So far it seems like a good purchase at a price point well below some of the more known brand names.

Product arrived as expected. I was surprised to get a “review request” the same day as received and I did not fill it out. The box was not damaged, all parts in bubble wrap not damaged. When putting the rack together, I found 2 parts that are broken. The square plastic between the knob that tightens and loosens the pressure-cracked and appears to have been overnighted when being partially put together for shipping. Otherwise the bike rack is fine-easy installation, flexible for different designs, light weight.

Great value at ¼ to ½ the price of name brands. I would like the anti-wobble device to be a little easier to use, but it's so much easier than my old Saris bar-type carrier.
