I'm going to start by saying that it is a great looking/performing tower. But, the instructions are bad. They have changed the design and the manual does not reflect the change. So, you have parts that are referenced that aren't in the package. You have parts in the package that aren't referenced in the diagrams. And, the diagrams. They are super small. I had to take a photo of them and blow up the relevant part of the picture to understand what was going on. It's not as easy to build as one would think. All of that said, the seller reached out to me and advised that new design and instructions are coming. When this is fixed, what heartache there is in assembly should be over. And, despite the difficulties in assembly, when done, it's a really nice piece. At 48,000 BTU, it should put out more than most gas fire pits at triple the price. I would recommend its purchase to anyone looking for a tower heater.

Was easy to assemble and the heat output is greater then others it’s size which is why we chose it. The company kept great communication when the heat shield came up with the incorrect sizing on the pre-drilled holes. They promptly sent the correct replacement and we received it within a week. It’s great quality and looks beautiful.

Great product. We put anew deck on our lake house this summer. We were looking for a heater to enhance some cooler evenings. This product fit the bill not only for cool nights, but also it’s warm glow was inviting on almost every night. We love it, our neighbors complement it and boaters passing by in the evening give it glowing reviews. It comes with a cover which I think could be much more substantial. It was simple to assemble.

I love the way this looks on my patio, especially at night. Everyone has commented on how good it looks. I get pretty cold sitting outside in the fall but this definitely helps. I sit close to it but I am always cold. People across from me say they can feel the heat as well and it is even enough for them. Helps us enjoy the outdoors a little longer in the cold Ohio falls.

The Foowin Pyramid Heater is perfect to warm up those chilly morning while having coffee on the deck, easy to light and was not too hard to put together. Took about 90 minutes. Adds real ambiance to our deck. Would highly recommend.

My husband assembled it and everything went together just fine. We did find that the magnet that holds the panel shut is not very strong so we swapped it out for a stronger one. It's very aesthetically pleasing but we did find that it didn't radiate heat downward very well. So if you're sitting or standing next to it your torso stays warm but not your legs or feet. It would probably benefit from a larger roof at the top to help keep the heat stay lower. But other than that, it was a great purchase.

Give off good heat. Looks beautiful. If I could change one thing, I would make the instructions more detailed. Its actually not difficult to put together, ht the instructions make it appear more confusing than it really is. I spent more time deciphering the pictures than I did using tools on it.
