The unit,( Bali post patio heater SRPH32) assembled nicely but I am missing 3 bolts holding the cover to the heating unit (washers ok) and tank retention chain #12. Replacements would be appreciate. Thank you

Could be a bit more sturdy, but for the price it looks like it will do the trick. It does take some time to assemble.. (was a bit of a pain in the rear, but manageable). Only time will tell how long it lasts heater head is well made, body and reflector seem to be a bit thin but should be ok for a few seasons. ... show more

I know this seems tempting because it is soooooooo cheap. But it is a get what you pay for item FOR SURE. Pulled it out of the box and thought it was pretty flimsy ... third piece in the elaborate assembly ... did not fit. Typical cheap "made in china" junk. Spend a little more money and get something better. ... show more

The patio heater was a little complicated to put together and I would have preferred to have a door opening but all and all it works really well. Its a bargain.
