I love this little case. Originally bought it for a secondary PC, but it became my main PC case when I upgraded and wanted something smaller. There's plenty of room for just about anything you would want to put inside. The description says it will take a 338mm length GPU, but the first on I used was an XFX Merc 319, which is slightly longer than that (340mm.) It fit with no problem while at the same time using a full ATX power supply and an air cooler, with 2 exhaust fans at the top. That's because the case allows you to adjust the placement of the PSU to either accommodate a larger GPU (move the power supply up) or a 360 mm radiator on the top (move power supply down.) Fitting both would be tricky with a full ATX power supply, but you could do it with an SFX. Just make sure you are using a modular PSU if you're going to go with a max length GPU. That's really a good idea anyway since with a case this size there isn't much space to hide a lot of extra cables. Building in this case is easy. Every panel comes off which makes it a breeze. About the only thing that could still be tricky is getting the CPU power in place if you're using an AIO and you install it and the motherboard before routing that cable. To be fair, it's the same way with most cases, so if you're used to PC building you know to run that cable first just in case. I went with the mesh version for airflow, and temperatures haven't been an issue at all, for CPU or GPU. My current setup has a much shorter GPU than before so I have a 360mm radiator installed at the top with the ATX PSU moved down enough to easily fit it. I have 2 fans pulling air in from the bottom. Depending on how thick your GPU is you may not need any fans at the bottom. I was concerned about not mounting any front fans for intake, but it has not been a problem. There is enough room to mount one fan in the front if you are using an SFX power supply and can move it down to the lowest position. Right now I have 4 fans pulling air out (3 on the AIO, one in the rear) and 2 at the bottom pulling air in. It may be better for dust purposes to move that rear exhaust fan to be a bottom intake, making the airflow more or less even, but as I said, I have not had any temperature issues so I'm not worried about it. Keep in mind, only the bottom has a dust filter, so if you have negative airflow like this you'll have to do a little more maintenance for the dust pulled in from the side. Or I guess you could buy some magnetic mesh for the side panel. One possible downside for some--there is no reset button. In the center of the front panel is the power button (which has a white LED when on), with two USB 3.0 ports to the right and USB-C, headphone and microphone on the left. If your PC hard freezes and you need to reset, you'll just have to long-press the power button, wait for it to turn off, then turn it back on. Finally, a word about looks. This is a simple case. It isn't flashy. Even if you use RGB components it isn't going to be very flashy if you go for the mesh version (although you CAN see the lighting through the mesh and it's kind of a cool effect.) It's meant to be minimalist and that's just what it is. As I write this, the white version (which is the one I went with) is $20 more than the black version (which was not the case when I bought mine.) With that price difference, I'd definitely go black for better value unless you really need the white to match something else.

I really like how this case is designed. Granted, I mis read the specs and got it for an old itx board. It's as big, yet wider than my Lenovo legion tower. But, I installed the board in it. Everthing went in, no problem. It's got the space for fans and water cooling. Didn't do water cooling. But nice for future builds. My only issue is there's no optional 3.5 drive bay cage. Not important. But I don't like having to lose a fan to install a data drive of any size. Makes it feel like I lose a bit of fan space. But, the itx board was in a cramp, tiny case prior to this. And the temps improved dramatically. I am considering ordering another one in the future to put my Lenovo in it (it can be done with these legion tower PCs). The mesh sidings really does help with air dissipation. The fans just help giving it some static flow. I also love that the tool less panels latch/unlatch well. Just remember, it won't fit a full ATX board in it. But mATX and ITX is fine. Oh, my only complaint is despite the roominess. The space behind the Mobo wall is too thin. There's enough room if you spread the wires about. But if you like to keep cords bundled together and routed in one area. Not going to get that between the back of the Mobo and case panel. Also, this case was designed with a modular power supply in mind. So.... you'll not going to be able to hide all the power wires behind that backplate that is designed to bundle all the wires slack behind it.

I have done a few builds this size. 3.3l isn't a lot of space for a mATX build but I used a compact ATX PSU and it worked out well. My former favorite was the Q300L but I am over clear side panels. Mesh shows off the hardware when you turn on the lights. But it is a more subtle effect and if you want to go stealth, mesh works better. Also, the AP201 does a far better job of hiding the stuff you don't want to see. I like the front intake PSU idea. I think it is a better way of isolating PSU airflow from the rest of the PC and the PSU equally shares air intake space with the rest of the PC which seems to make sense. It is, after all, a component that generates as much waste heat as the CPU and GPU you are using it to power. It also helps the intake airflow from the bottom by sending hot air out the top of the case. One thing I noticed because I used it for a build to sell online is the fact it is quite a bit heavier than most small mATX or large ITX cases. By double in some cases. It is definitely twice as heavy as the Q300L, which means they use substantially heavier gauge steel than most cases in the sub- $100 category. It was about 50% heavier than a Zalman S2 TG, which has glass and is a rather tall mid-tower full ATX case that I would hardly call flimsy. I could feel the quality in the AP201 when I was doing the build. It is a rock solid case. As a plus, you have a proper USB-C front port with an E-type connector and 2 USB 3 ports that could theoretically support 10GBps. There are velcro cable ties in the back and lots of places to attach zip ties. They give you several zip ties and actually enough hardware to mount the maximum number of drives. Even the rubber grommets for the drive attachment hardware were of high quality silicone and had a neutral smell, similar to medical grade. I don't think you would get a case of better build quality for the price and most will be worse.

Legit one of the best cases I have ever owned. Where to begin? MOST cases today, have either TWO OR LESS 3.5" drive space.... which was a huge bummer. I decided that IF I had to lose 3.5" space, might as well go all out to ZERO and simply use a DAS (direct attached storage) to house all my HDD drives. Which is exactly what I did.... So onto the case. I fit my 360mm Cooler Master AIO in the top no sweat using my Noctua NF-12x25 fans (the god tier ones). Then I fit an Asus x670e Gene motherboard in which is m-atx. Had to remove the middle "centering pin" because my motherboard didn't even have a hole for that position. Then I got a 7700x but already had my 6900xt. Man what a sick setup. Even with a full size Antec 1300w (seasonic clone) power supply, everything fits. I even had room on the bottom for TWO MORE 120mm fans sucking in fresh air from the bottom of the case. And of course my rear exhaust was also changed out to noctua fans (all noctua). Cooling wise, it just works. My temps are great. Fans run a bit higher than other cases ive owned previous (more airflow designs) but I believe that's down to part A, which is that my liquid cooler is now in pull only instead of push AND pull.... and part B where the case holes, while holes, could be slightly better in terms of size and shape. But part B isn't a huge deal. It looks great! My dream case would be something similar to this, but full size motherboard, and then having a second "chamber" behind the motherboard where the psu would go, along with TONS of 3.5 HDD space.... but no such case exists. Even the cases by lian-li which have a back area still dont have tons of HDD space.... I could have gone with the NODE 304 case, but I doubt it would fit a full size GPU inside as newer gpu's, even my 6900xt, is pretty freaking long. It just BARELY fits in this case. Great news for those wondering if a 4090 would fit, as long as it fits depth wise aka 4-5 expansions slots thick, and using an SFX power supply to save room in the front, you could in theory have a card that is almost as long as a 360mm AIO in total size. As you can see in my pictures, if I had an SFX PSU, the wires would be higher up. Also if you go air cooling on the CPU you could raise the PSU higher giving more space. I was thinking about buying a custom cable kit (in white) to make things look better, but im more of a "function over form" kind of guy. As long as it works, runs cool (which it does) I have no complaints. Asus, you have a killer unique design, expand, itx version, full size version, and cube version. do it!

It was a bit bigger than I expected (my fault), but for what you can cram into this thing, it's still impressive, and a much more reasonable size than most towers. It's very breathable with everything vented (I do wish for more dust covers), but only 1 (okayish) fan included. It's very easy to work in, and the sides don't require any tools to take off, which is great for quickly checking something, but I would rather have captive screws instead, that way it'll be more secure if you ever need to transport your computer. A bit pricey for what it is tbh, but it's a well made, classy looking case that has no obvious pain points, and has enough room to fit pretty much any GPU while also not assuming more space than is necessary.

I have two of these cases, first in black then recently in white. They fit mATX motherboards without issue, they fit my big honking D15 tower cooler without issue. Power supply hangs up front with an extender cable to route to the back. You can adjust the height of it based on preset heights plus face the intake fan in or out although the extender cable may dictate final placement. Test it out first, I forgot about this and had to reinstall. It obviously has a lot of tiny holes but I don't feel it gets much dustier than any other case I've had before with far fewer holes. I just run my battery blower all over and call it a day. The side panels (left, right, front) and top pop off with ease, there's a built-in finger groove/pocket to pry them off and they snap in and hold really well. At least fine for nonfrequent changing, I cannot vouch for someone making 1000 changes a year as the little plastic/non-metal clips will wear out eventually. Good fit and finish, a small bump here or there is not going to deform the panel, the holes don't grate your fingerprints away if you brush across. It's not that heavy but still sturdy. You're not breaking the perforated metal panels like glass or plastic/polycarbonate. The front is really clean: in the dark, all you see is a small lit rectangle outline for the power button. If you use a SFX or short ATX, you can fit a pretty long graphics card inside. Bottom has a mesh filter, I don't think about this part often. I got the second case because I enjoyed the first. It's holding over some second-hand machine parts but I bought it because I want to keep using this case later on. It's no small mITX tiny build but compact enough and I usually stack my headphones/DAC or notebooks on top without a care. Granted I have no fans mounted on top but point being it's very functional next to or on or under a desk. You could even use it like a cooling pad if you mount fans on top.

I'm no stranger to PC builds, but this was my first time diving into the world of MicroATX cases, and I must say, the AP201 made it a fantastic experience. I am the type of PC builder that doesn't like a very large area footprint from my machine. For two years I used a really awesome Silverstone case but thermals were just awful in it after I got a nice 80+ Platinum power supply so I had to upgrade. This case is perfect. I hate the acrylic/glass side panels that really exist just to show off your garish RGB setup. Those side panels are essentially just giant barriers to air flow in a case and are more of a nuisance to me. This case lets you have your RGB while not denying you airflow from really any panel. I hated RGB lighting because I often found it looked awful unless you put in A LOT of work. But the "all-mesh" panels really give a subtly to the color that makes it far more pleasant to be around. The other big selling point. For my is customizability. No other case I have ever used gave you such freedom to install things the way you want. The bottom floor of the case is just awesome. It's essentially allows you to put whatever you want there, however you want. The second picture of my review is how I was able to fit both my mechanical hard drive and my SSD on the bottom in a way so that I didn't need to run a second sata power cable and just use all three on one cable. The SSD is crooked and in there secure because the bottom is all holes and really, you can do it however you want. And with the mesh panels, you can get super dirty down here and it just won't be noticable. Amazing. Amazing. Amazing.
