EDIT: Changed my review to 5 stars because the tray that holds the food suspended in the middle isn't slipping anymore and I haven't had any weird errors pop up for a while and it's not shutting down or beeping for a few seconds with an error before starting again when it's almost done cooking. Maybe it was because I was unplugging it while it was in the ending stage (where the word END flashes on the screen) instead of powering it off with the touch screen button and that was effecting it. I bought this in June of 2025. It's pretty and cooks well, but I would rather have a different one. The little tray on the inside that keeps the food off the bottom keeps slipping and won't stay up anymore. It will randomly shut off in the middle of cooking. It sometimes gives an error a minute or two before it finishes cooking, stopping cooking for a second then starting again until it finishes. At one point it was giving the error then completely shutting down. The touch screen buttons still work fine. The size is perfect for me as I only cook for myself. It cooks well and gets hot enough and makes the food crunchy. It's not too loud. Also, I notice with high moisture foods it will burn the food on the outside but not make the inside as crispy (maybe this is normal). ... show more

I couldn’t ask for a more stylish and better air fryer. Pink color is so vibrant and looks great in the kitchen! At first when you use it, it does have a particular plasticky smell to it but once you use it a couple of times it goes away. It is very easy to clean the non stick surface is awesome. I just got my Paris Hilton 6 quart air fryer today and I love it. It's big but not huge, it's so easy to use. The first thing I cooked in it was frozen crispy chicken strips & then French fries. They both turned out soooo good. They were perfect and even tasted better than when I cook them in the oven. I put some anti slide paper on my counter and that helps it to no slide. About that "door not shutting securely" issue: it *does* shut securely, but there's a bit of a trick to it. I found that if I guide the side that tends to stick in first with a little extra push, it closes just fine. Is it perfect? No. The door sticking can be annoying, and I also wish there were a dedicated pause button instead of pulling the basket out while it's cooking. That said, it's reliable and cooks food well. For context, I've owned three air fryers: the NutriChef Healthy Kitchen Glass Air Fryer, the Ninja Air Fryer Pro (5 qt), and now this Paris Hilton 6-Quart Air Fryer. The Ninja served me well for years, but after a recent move I couldn't keep it. I wanted to upgrade, but Ninja prices have gone up quite a bit (understandably). I initially chose the NutriChef because it's made of glass, which some studies suggest is a healthier material than nonstick coatings. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. It cooked unevenly, was difficult to clean, and finding accessories was nearly impossible. The included metal rack was already rusting straight out of the box, so I threw it away without ever using it. I couldn't find a proper replacement, and the smaller rack I eventually bought didn't allow enough airflow for good cooking. Overall, it was heavy, clunky, and lacked the control I wanted. That brings me to the Paris Hilton air fryer. Yes, the door is a little sticky, and there's no dedicated pause button. Instead, you simply pull the basket out to pause cooking and slide it back in to resume. If you leave it out too long, the unit clears the settings, but in everyday use this hasn't been a big issue for me. During arthritis flare-ups I occasionally need help with the sticky door, but otherwise it's manageable. While it isn't quite on the same level as my old Ninja, it's much better than the glass air fryer I tried. It's lighter to lift if you store it in a cabinet, much easier to clean, offers more cooking settings for finer control, and the nonstick coating seems to be higher quality than many others I've used. Overall, I think it's a solid air fryer for the price. It cooks well, cleans up easily, and despite a couple of quirks, I'm happy with it. And honestly?
